Parker Drive Medical Centre

If you care about your life, best is to stay away from this one, they not answering the phone calls or after 2h while you waiting for someone to answer they are cutting the phone off, then doctors are very rude and not helpful at all at this medical centre. We tax payers feeding them and they treating patients like nothing. Today is 4th time when I am calling! 6h over the phone just to hear that he don't like my attitude! What's their attitude? I don't believe that there is thousands people ringing all day every day.

NOT HAPPY since parker drive has become a covid19 hub and you have to go to manor on Melton road I've been requesting since beginning of January to be able to view appointments,test results and medical notes via system online I've called every week since and to no avail.im STILL WAITING and we are in March now. I've clicked on request online services as advised but now its saying a request is pending

Always no appointments, staff are very rude at times. I feel if you don't want to put up with the moaning don't Do the job! Many people work in customer facing jobs but DONT snap at you when you ask WHY something is unavailable! They politely explain. I know this is not always the case and some patients get very loud and aggressive,but if your simply enquiring, why do they think it warrants the same RUDE response. Shameful of them to say they work for the NHS in a supposedly caring profession!!! Diabolical place and if i had the choice i would change my surgery but they don't allow you to these days without GOOD reason. Apparently NOT getting the service you expect is NOT a GOOD enough reason!!

Receptionist is horrible and looks like she is sitting there as a punishment. My partner call to get appointment and she said it is only some viruses. He end up in hospital 2 days later with bronchitis. For the last 2 years always have problem to get appointment for kids or for us if we need. We going to change gp as soon we can. In my opinion if u want to die it is perfect place to help u. It is joke not gp.

Joke they should have left it as parker drive surgery and not manor park confusing patients when they have an appointment to tell them its at their sister site in Birstall with a similar name. Appointments are an even bigger joke. You're looking at least 3 weeks. My advice is to 1.check its the right surgery and 2. Book an appointment the month before just incase you need it.

This doctors is such a joke I rang up last Monday 5th in the que they answered and cut me of to ring again and wait 5th in que try ringing today line currently very busy my son needs 6 week check up cant even get appointment for babys its soo bad !

Absolutely nightmare, you can't get an appointment on the phone, we are fully booked for 3 weeks, if you book online, without sharing any information, I hv been asked that I hv to go to Melton road, the appointment I booked for my daughter. How would I know that if I didn't get any email or text msg that we can't do pre-booking for parker drive. You can't book any appointment in the morning coz phone alws busy, after 10, no appointment available. It's nothing more than a disaster.

Very poor service. Never answer the call doesn’t matter the time of your call. They believe that if you call after 10am they will answer quickly but that’s not the case.

Very disappointed this morning, i called yhe gp 174 times this morning, exact time at 8:04, i was told by sandra that it has been fully book ask we speak? They wouldnt allow me to see a doctor ive been ringing in every morning this week. Soo disappointed might actually change go. And i am certainly not happy with the receptionist.

Giving this surgery a 1 star and they dont deserve that. After waiting ages to get through, to eventually be greeted by an ignorant receptionist and told no appts. When you do get to see a doctor it seems they just want to get you out as quick as possible & put your problem down to your life style...how do you know my life style Dont bother with this surgery

Changed their policy without informing anyone. Now online appointments booked are for the surgery in Thurmaston miles away from our house. This surgery does emergency appointments only but no luck on the phone so you have to be there in person at 7.30am to queue and return later for an appointment. Avoid!

On the off chance they'll actually answer the phone, you'll be given an appointment so far into the future you'd either die of whatever ailment you're trying to see the doctor for, or you'll recover & thus make the need to see the doctor redundant. I can appreciate the surgery being busy, but even when they give you an appointment & you attend it two weeks later, you can still spend over 30mins in the waiting room after your appointment time has passed, only to be rushed out the door as soon as you see the doctor.

This place is not even worth 1 star. It’s old and very smelly place to be in. Vomits in front of this building and rude staff !!! Not recommending this place to anyone. They should close this worst surgery as soon as possible!

Polite reception staff and wonderful doctors.

Staff are rude. We are not getting appointment. And we go in emergency and they said go and get sick not from your gp. But from this surgery they don't give me a sick note. No appointment and no sick note. What patients will do.

This is a warning to beware before going to this surgery! A doctor by the name of Dr Amit Bharakhada looks all sweet and innocent is the most nasty, lien, uncaring and vicious of them all. I use to rent one of his properties. He also knew full well I was a victim of domestic violence, have a disabled child and was looking for long term for my children to feel safe and settled. They lived next door to me which was shocking to say the least. I went through Seth’s agents so had no clue my doctor neighbours were my landlords. I moved in to the property and accepted it as the dump it was, when I say dump I mean no one would rent it in the 5 months it was on the market. I was desperate in need to live closer to my sons school and spent £3000 to make it look a home! To cut it short I raised a complaint (that the council told me to do) to let the landlords know that they miss advertised the property and in fact the so called drive was illegal for me to drive on. Within a week I was handed an eviction notice. It was my oldest sons final year at his school around the corner and I begged & pleaded with them to let us stay till he finished his exams. They point blank refused and They took me to court to leave the premises. I wrote to the judge and let them know it was a revenge eviction which was also sent to the landlords. The day of court DR AMIT BHARAKHADA attended and was talking in riddles. I had no clue in what he was talking about and court is very scary. He literally had me over a barrel and he won the case. This month I went back to court and requested the file. To my horror the disgraceful doctor wrote a long letter of BS to the judge (that I did not recieve) claiming his MOTHER IS SICK and thus needed the property back so HIS MOTHER could live in the property while they extended there’s! THIS DOCTOR PRESENTED MEDICAL DOCUMENTS STATING SHE WAS SEVERLY ILL! ONLY MR HONEST DOCTOR YOUR MOTHER WAS NEVER ILL AND SHE NEVER MOVED IN TO THE PROPERTY. SHE WAS QUIET HAPPY IN THE 4 BEDROOM PROPERTY SHE WAS IN WITH THE OTHER SINGLE DOCTOR BROTHER! The DOCTOR re rented the property at a higher price two weeks after we moved out. My son was laughed at in his school as all the children passed the school and he was bullied at his school. My disabled son was distraught for months AND I LOST £3000! Not mention the amount that I had to fork for moving again. My point is... if this doctor can lie in court and provide fake documents without sending me a copy prior to the court... what is he doing with his actual patients? I understand a patient he cared for died and it went to court.... I can 100% prove this disgusting disgraceful DOCTOR has lied in court and may have lied back then in court too! BE VERY AWARE OF THIS DOCTOR! JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PLEASE JUST GO TO A SURGERY WHERE THEY ARE AT LEAST HONEST. I’m on to you disgraceful Bharakhada! Our city don’t want lien doctors!

Extremely miserable and ignorant receptionists. Never a smile on their face. Ridiculous customer service. They put a notice up saying they won't accept rude or aggressive behaviour, but that should apply to staff at the surgery too as their attitude stinks. Totally unacceptable.

I hardly ever get appointments in this surgery. No matter how how serious your condition is they will just tell you to go to the hub in oadby which is so far from where I live

The main doctors that have been there for years are really nice. The appointment system and the reception is bad. Hard to get an appointment for weeks.

I have called on several occasions to book an appointment but they never seems to have anything available. I have often wonder..what if... it was an emergency situation what then??

Avoid this surgery at all costs. Staff are rude, you cannot get an appointment for about 2 weeks. I went in to see a Indian doctor. He prided himself to look at my NHS records and compare me to his kids.

I am shocked , this practice is terrible , it is nigh on impossible to get an appointment , even a phone consultation is extremely hard to get , and yet they advertise to take on new patients !!! Massive shake up needed , ,

Reception staff are extremely rude every single time i have ever called. They interrigate you and bully you. And you have to call 99 times to get through.. clearly need to invest in a que system for the phone line.

Rang too make an appointment for the 4th of May which is way over 4 weeks away but I'm told too ring back next week cheers then. Time too change from these clowns. ????????

Extremely bad service from drs and receptionists, no concerns what so ever for patients, sue the receptionist is so Rude and uncaring, failed in their duty of care to patients,drs do not ring when you book a telephone consultation, and refuse to visit elderly sick patients,

Have only needed to see these guys twice. Both appointments lasted 4-6mins and I was out yet booking an appointment seems be a challenge. Awful service and I think it's time to change to another medical centre!

Been trying to book an appointment for more then 30+ minutes still no answer......
