Messaged in the morning and he came within 2 hours! My grandad was in a lot of pain and completely lost hearing; once the lovely gentleman cleaned his ears, my grandad regained his hearing instantly.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this service as I booked an appointment for my very frail elderly Mum who had become virtually deaf with ear-wax making it difficult for her and her carers to communicate. I am delighted to say Mum can now hear, this method was far more comfortable for her (so much better than the syringing method as the district nurse tried but it was painful for Mum as she has very small ear canals and their attempts were unsuccessful). My Mum was treated gently and with much kindness I think even Mum was delighted with the almost instant result and surprised to hear again. Mum will need another visit in a few weeks time for the other ear, I am re-assured that this second visit will have Mum hearing in stereo very soon, so essential for her on-going care. Thank you.
