Great service. Messaged online via Google and the audiologist came within the house wearing PPE. Quick and efficient, used microsuction to remove ear wax. Pain-free and felt so much better afterwards!! Pricing was reasonable and service was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend !

The gentleman came out in full PPE and was very professional with the visit. He clearly explained everything. He was very helpful and thorough.

Fantastic and quick service! One of my family member (who is also special needs) has been struggling with a blocked ears and couldn't get any same day appointment or service, however Home Hearing and Vacuwax literally saved the day and they also charge a reasonable price! What a service!!! literally rang at 14:30 advised what to do pre cleaning, attended 15:00 and process was complete 20 mins later. My wife had pain for over a week now and after a doctors appointment who advised there was no wax in the ear. Mo spotted the ear was blocked with wax within 10 seconds of checking. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgable. For any ear pain contact Mo first this will save you a lot of pain, time and money. Highly recommend and will definitely be recommending and using again, thanks.

Cannot thank Muhammad enough for going out of his way to solve the issue I had with my ear. I was in severe pain and called Muhammad who had come within minutes to check my ear and told me what the problem was. Absolutely fantastic I’ve been needing my ears microsuctioned for 8 years and I kept putting it off I have very small ear canals and one collapsed ear canal and it worked just as good as it did when I got it on the nhs but now it’s no longer available. Don’t wait for other companies to call you Muhammad is straight away response I’m definitely going to be using home heating and Vacuwax again! Price doesn’t matter when your hearing is valued so much as it affects for taste balance etc, we take our hearing for granted when it goes to blockages. Thank you so much again!

I messaged asking if they were still doing home visits during the lockdown process and they said yes which is a great relief! The replies were quick and professional, I had an appointment booked for the next morning. A member of staff came dressed in full PPE and was very professional during the whole process, I am very pleased with their service and would 100% recommend this company to anybody who is in need of ear wax removal.
