After receiving treatment locally which simply didn't work i found the Hear Clinic via YouTube. I was impressed by the endoscopic technique shown plus the outcomes that I saw and quickly got in touch. The next day I was there receiving fantastic treatment and within around twenty minutes weeks of torment disappeared. Thank you so much to all the staff for this wonderful service. Outstanding professional and absolute great experience!
I had a severe case of a blocked left year, i tried going to the hospital emergency because of the pain in the ear, they didn't see me and asked me to call my gp, the gp adviced me to keep using the ear drops witch wasn't making any difference at all...
i contact The hear clinic, they scheduled me for the same day, solved my problem in less than 15 minutes with no pain at all.
I highly recommend anyone with any hearing problems to visit his clinic for a quick, cheap and professional service!

Absolutely amazing service and I would recommend to anyone. I had the last appointment of the day and my impacted earwax and swollen ear canal had made me deaf in my left ear and unable to sleep or eat properly for 3 days. This was not an issue at all and I got my hearing back and all the wax and dead skin removed in one sitting in both ears. Amazing service and money very well spent. I feel great now after a very painful last few days and have my life back.
I can hear my toenails growing now

Great experience and extremely professional. I visited my GP regarding ear pains and loss of hearing, so they recommend I use over the counter drops. After countless sleepless nights of pain, I contacted The Hear Clinic. The staff arranged for me to see Neel the same day and greeted me professionally making me feel comfortable (tea/coffee). Within minutes of being diagnosed with the help of visual aid (thanks to Neel smart device), he was able to clear my blocked canals and I was able to hear clearer then ever before. He also provide useful advice for after care, Thank you for your great service.

Brilliant service!
I had a build up of ear wax and the drops that the doctor gave me blocked my ears and i could barely hear. After some googling I called the clinic at 9.30am and got an appointment for 1.00pm by 1.30pm i could hear again :).
What i loved the most is that he shows you the before and after so you know 100% that hes done the job. Id definitely recommend.

I called today for an appointment as I can’t hear out of one ear I spoke to the receptionist went through all my details then at the end of the call she was explaining the clinics covid protocols when I explained I had a valid medical exemption card only to be asked what the exemption is for I told them I didn’t want to disclose that information but I would bring my valid exemption card with me only to be refused service and refunded my money. Very disappointed in this discriminatory practice. With that in mind my exemption shouldn’t have even been questioned

I had a first-rate patient experience from the start when booking in with the friendly Hear Clinic team and the ease of filling in the pre appointment forms. I also felt very safe with all the Covid-19 measures proficiently adhered to.
My bilateral occluding wax was removed by Neel effortlessly and efficiently with his skills, expertise and state of the art equipment. The endoscopic view the iCLEARscope gives is incomparable and it was so amazing to see my text book tympanic membranes again!
Neel was very hospitable and attentive; with his compassionate patient centred approach he continuously puts his patients first as well as being greatly dedicated to Audiology.
I highly recommend The Hear Clinic.

Highly professional while also being perfectly friendly; a very easy and pleasant experience. Earwax microsuction was performed with intermittent breaks to soften the remaining earwax, which prevented the procedure from becoming too uncomfortable.

I have been suffering from a severe case of 2 blocked ears for the past week. Tried some chinese candle treatment which made 0% difference. I researched the web and came across Neel's clinic. Great reviews and a wonderful website. Called Neel who despite being fully booked up on a Friday night, squeezed me in. I then called to see if i could bring my 15 year old daughter who has had a blocked ear for over 1 year! Tonight we are both overwhelmed at the outcome. Neel is a top guy, friendly and professional. Had a blocked ear for over a week and had lost hearing in that ear. Rang Neel up and he had managed to give me an appointment ASAP to get the wax removed. The treatment itself was swift and painless with amazing results. I can now hear again from my ear. The advise for after care was also very informative and very much appreciated

Had a consultation with Neel 7 days ago following years of problems with my ears & chronic hearing impairment. He removed impacted wax in my left ear & diagnosed eustachian tube dysfunction in my right ear as the source of my problems. Neel was extremely reassuring during the procedure explaining every stage & was the consumate professional. His suggestions to remedy the dysfunction produced immediate results & my hearing has largely returned to normal. Spent months & numerous GP visits trying to resolve the issues that Neel diagnosed & sorted in one visit. Wish I had consulted him earlier as I learned more about my ears in 30 minutes with Neel than in years of previous GP visits. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Today I had my 4th visit to the hear clinic. I first attended the hear clinic in December 2018 with a really bad case of loss of hearing from ear wax. I have suffered with server ear wax for years and years, avoiding swimming activities and even getting depressed due to the redused hearing. I attended the Doctors over the years to try and cure this problem but recieved a really distressing experience of ear syringing where they thought they had damaged my ear drum I went completely deaf in that ear for around a month. This put me off seeing my GP again so I gave up! Until I heard about the hear clinic
So when I attended the hear clinic for the first time I had very little hearing in one ear and was very very nervous about being seen. Dr Neel made me feel completely at ease along with his staff at the hear clinic. He said I had severe case of ear wax.
He commenced the removal procedure and what can I say I was hard work but he persevered with me and wow to my amazement he completely cleared both of my ear canals and I could hear 100%. I was over whelmed and this changed my life, my hearing was amazing I had no ringing in them no more and was so so happy and even took my children swimming a couple of days later.
Dr neel was amazing he was so gentle and professional. I have no issues with my hearing no more thanks to Dr neel. I attend the hear clinic twice a year now just to keep on top of the ear wax removal. It is pain free and the results are outstanding.
I cannot thank Dr Neel and his staff enough for changing my life for the better. I highly recommend Dr neel if you have any hearing or ear wax problems, what a great pain free procedure this is and so proffesionally undertaken

Went here in desperation after I was told I couldn't get my ear syringed by NHS for 3 weeks and I could not live with a blocked ear for that long. After ringing plenty of private clinics and being told it would still be a week at least before an appointment I rang The Hear Clinic. They got me into an appointment the same day that I was able to fit around work.
Quite easily some of the best money I have ever spent in my life. The doctor is to fixing your ears what LeBron James is to basketball or Ronaldo is to football. The build up I had was quite severe and very difficult to remove as the ear drops I had used throughout the week have softened it and it was actually stuck against my ear drum. Anyone who's had this and read up about it knows that the ear drum is as thin as tissue paper and one slip can cause rupturing which inevitably leads to infection and other complications. However I never felt worried, the whole process took about 20/25 minutes and only because mine was quite tricky. The relief when it's complete is amazing and you will not be able to stop laughing. The whole process is recorded as well so you can actually see the progress that's been made and it doesn't hurt a bit.
Now to get to the real nitty gritty, the sofas in the waiting room are very comfortable and there IS a bowl filled with small chocolates which are complimentary. 10/10.

Absolutely fascinating.
For the first time in years Neel at the "HEAR CLINIC" showed me what was causing the terrible ear pain I was experiencing in my right ear and to my amazement it wasn't excessive or impacted ear wax.
( I have to add that I had a radical Mastoidectomy/right ear when I was very young so I'm used to having earache...but not this).
The pain was so bad it was off the charts.
Apparently, I have a very bad infection in my right ear. It showed up on the 'before video.'
I had no idea.
Realistically, I could have caused a lot of damage if I had carried on with what I was doing.
So I'm taking Neels advice and chasing up my referral to the Hospital.
"Thank you Neel".
However, since I was there I had my other ear done.
Brilliant.
Absolutely no pain.
Quick and I got to see the before and after video too!!!
I would highly recommend the HEAR CLINIC.
