Ismail was very patient and kind with my elderly parents. Not only going through all the tech stuff slowly with them but he also kept me informed and made sure I could help mum make changes to the settings on her new hearing aids. Phenomenal service! Genuinely cannot express how happy I am with the service Hassan has kindly provided. I’ve been having a nightmare with an itchy ear canal, only to find out a it was a big block of ear wax. As gross as that sounds, the relief of the wax removal was well worth every penny ???? Also to note, he’s not a fraud or came to rip me off: he even discussed any potential follow ups, everything was clear and professional, from the information to his services, to prices. Years of wax in my ear was blocking my hearing, was really glad to finally clear it out. Felt so relieved after the wax was taken out and I could hear properly.
