Brilliant service delivered by Zara! She travelled to my home to carry out an ear wax removal procedure at very short notice. Zara was very polite, informative, professional and explained the procedure to me beforehand. Thereafter she carried out the treatment and I now feel like I have a brand new pair of ears. I very much appreciate the service she delivered. As a bonus Zara also gave me great advice on hearing aids and how to manage tinnitus! I recommend using this company for all your hearing needs.

I have been having difficulty with blocked ears due to ear wax build up for some time. I contacted Crystal Clear Hearing and they were able to come out to my home. The Audiologist was very professional and experienced. She explained the procedure to me and then went ahead and removed wax from both ears using micro-suction. I am now able to hear a lot better and glad I used their services. I recommend Crystal Clear Hearing to all.

I’ve had a very professional and friendly service from Zahraa. From explaining everything in detail up until the end of the procedure, her main concern was if I was okay. Fantastic service delivered by Zahraa.
I having been having hearing problems for a while as a pensioner.
Zahraa kindly came to my home and was extremely professional. She explained the procedure in great detail and l felt safe in her hands.
Zahraa first showed me the state
of my ears by video examination and then carried out the procedure to remove the hard wax imbedded in my ears. I can now hear much more clearly.
Zahraa then impressed upon me to clean my ears on a regular weekly basis by the use of an olive oil spray,
so that the same problem does not happen in the future.
I strongly recommend Zahraa and her Company to all
