Was very professional, the equipment and tools were exceptionally tidy (as you would expect for a medical professional) took care of both my ears. My family member’s ear started hurting having wax gone back onto his ear drum. It was a Sunday and I rang so many places for ear wax removal but nobody answered part from Home Hearing & Vacuwax. Once I spoke to them, they were at my door within 10 minutes flat! What a great and fantastic service. The issue was dealt with in a professional and timely manner. They wore PPE and everything was done in a very COVID-Free way. My whole family felt at ease and we truly appreciate what they have done for us so quickly and promptly. They will be recommended across my friends and family circles. If you don’t already use Home Hearing & Vacuwax, your evidently missing out!

I'd had an issue with one of my ears being blocked. I experienced vertigo with this too which was very unpleasant. I messaged Mohammed and arranged an appointment a few days later. My ears were examined & one was full of wax- to which I had it mycrosuctioned. No pain & much better than the old way of syringing. Overall great service & my ear is now perfect- thank you Home Hearing & vacu- will recommend to my friends

Mohammed was very kind, courteous and professional in his approach. My father had waited over a month for his ears to be syringed but due to the Covid situation the GP wasn't able to accommodate and his hearing was deteriorating rapidly. I messaged Home Hearing and Vacuwax in the morning and the appt was booked for 5pm! We were really happy with the service and my father is most happy as we no longer shout to get his attention! We would definitely recommend Mohammed and his team to our family members and friends. Thank you again!

I Can't praise this outstanding service enough! My husband had been suffering from a blocked ear due to excessive wax build up . We rang this service the next following day, on a Sunday and he came out within a couple of hours to rectify the problem..

Great service provided, I rang in the morning as I was in some pain and Mo got back to me and came to see me within the hour. When he got there he explained what he will be doing and fixed my problem within minutes while making sure I wasn't in any pain. Very professional and friendly service. Called Mohammad to come have a look at my 5 year old daughters ears. He not only came over at such short notice but was very professional, friendly, and more importantly calm with my daughter who immediately felt comfortable with him enough for him to do his checks on her ears.
He explained all the processes which helped us understand everything better.
Cannot recommend him enough. Will definately be calling him over again in the future for further checks and clear outs. Thank you once again.

I waited longer for an appointment at my local surgery (just to be told that I would have to wait 2 weeks) - than I did for him to come round and give me my hearing back in 10 mins !
OK, so he was in the area, and made a special effort to come see me on the way to another appointment - BUT he did - so huge thanks to him for that.
Believe everything you read on their website - its all true.
Call him as soon as you can, and end the suffering and endless silence & ear drops. You will not regret it !

I called Mohammad to make an appointment to clear my ears before going away. He arrived on time, was very polite and knowledgeable. Some of the wax was stubborn, but Mohammad was patient and used various methods to remove it. The difference he has made is tremendous, i cannot recommend enough!

Made contact with Muhammad and made an appointment via email. Muhammad arrived at the time we agreed and was really courteous when he arrived and explained everything before he started and was kind and caring throughout the whole procedure. I had both ears done and I can't believe the difference! After doctors told me I had 2 blocked ears & needed them Syringing, I decided to do some research and contacted Muhammed to ask about Microsuction. Had a good phone chat on the Wednesday and he came to my house on the Saturday morning. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to answer all the questions I fired at him. Literally a few minutes to do one ear because I'd used plenty of olive oil beforehand. Other ear was a little trickier as I hadn't really oiled it. Mo still managed to break the wax down bit by bit and only took a few minutes longer than the other one. Friendly, professional, courteous & very personable. Have already recommended him to a few people and wouldn't hesitate to use again!
