I strongly believe that this one of the only clinics in London worth going to. I say this because it breaks my heart that I wasted a year and £15,000 at The Lister, and that i also hear about other women’s experiences at other clinics and can’t believe they are receiving such low levels of care.
ARGC can be expensive if you choose to go ahead with immune testing and treatment, but aside from that ‘debate’ - their level of attention to detail
is not only outstanding but it’s what you actually need - from checking your thyroid and Vitamin D, to advising you on different protocols and doses of drugs each day, to having the actual doctors scan you - not just a nurse or sonographer, and the same doctors do your egg collections and transfers, there is consistency throughout the whole process, and every detail is paid attention to. The admin is also very organized and queries are always followed up quickly.

The treatment was very tailored, but despite that, my overall experience with ARGC is negative. They operate on very high volume of patients, staff look overloaded and the human element is missing. It is a stressful treatment and the busy, rushed atmosphere at ARGC makes the whole experience miserable.

Months ago we started treatment here. Told us it will cost around £6000-£8000. At the end we paid £15,000 for nothing. Had a Miscarriage. Some of the staff really kind. Few of them are so rude. Doctors are very kind and helpful. Everything money minded.

18 years ago on 5th March 2003 we were given our longed for gift of our twin daughters. After 5 failed attempts at another clinic we came to ARGC and started our final attempt to have a family.
We had basically given up hope, and decided to have our final 6th attempt at ARGC, it was the best decision we ever made.
I referred two friends following my successful treatment, one had a daughter who is now 15, and my other friend twins who are now 16. Both friends had also given up hope of having a family.
Things have progressed in 18 years but I can’t recommend and thank enough the team for my gorgeous daughters.

This clinic will always hold a special place in my heart as will many of the staff. The staff are amazing and so caring and friendly. The treatment is completely tailored to you and what your body is doing. It's full on and your medication can change daily but worth it as it gets results. I actually liked the fact that it felt like someone else was taking control and I just had to follow instructions which then gave me time to focus on looking after me and my body. We tried IVF for 4 years (5 rounds in total) and our 2nd round at ARGC and all our dreams came true and we now have two happy healthy 5 year old identical twins. They also supported us for a big chunk or our pregnancy too. I couldn't recommend ARGC enough.

They treat women like money-making objects. If you are sick, they do not show any concern. They just tell you to call NHS! So much for private clinic. They don’t even have an elevator inside. What if you feel sick and can’t walk?
After my treatment, they did not even bother to follow up.
Very inhuman and utterly expensive for what they offer!

Absolutely best place on this planet. Tailored treatment, personalized amount of medication. Kindest staff. We were very lucky and still counting our blessings, as just on the beginning of the trip, but we had the smallest chances, as of my low ovarian reserve and my partner low sperm quality. And still I cannot believe how they managed to get us pregnant with 1 embrio we had. Miracle workers xxxx

Absolutely incredible treatment. The difference between ARGC and other clinics is they leave nothing to chance. It’s fully data driven. Contrary to what others have said I have found every member of staff polite, kind, efficient and caring. The treatment is on the more intense side here but that’s because you are individually managed. I fully endorse ARGC and if you’re thinking of doing IVF don’t look anywhere else.

These guys were wonderful. I get that it's a bit of a shock when you first start with them as it seems like chaos, the people aren't really friendly initially, and if you are someone who is used to being in control, it feels like you lose all control. But if you just trust them and let them get on with it and do as you're told then you will get results. As someone else once said to me, if you want wonderful customer service in an immaculately decorated building, then go elsewhere. If you want a baby, then go to ARGC. I have also heard people say that they pick and chose who they take on, to keep their stats good, but I was 44 and overweight, so I can't see that being the case.

I did not realize how expensive IVF here would be. I thought the £3300 IVF fee (which on my bill they insisted is £3380) would be the most expensive part but it’s the opposite! Before you even undergo any treatment you have to do consultations, blood tests for both you and your partner and a few scans. This sets you back £1200 and you’ve done nothing yet! Then starting treatment you give them a £5000 up front deposit that gets eaten up by 10 days of daily blood tests £120 each, scans £120 each a day and many drugs which are £60 each and some days you need up to 8 different ones! (£480 a day) Then you must do a hysteroscopy which is another £1350. (The Immunology tests and drugs if you choose to do them can also add thousands, can even be up to £10-£25k more!) You add £1200 if they do ICSI and any time they use drugs in the theatre or antibiotics £50. At the end I didn’t even have a single egg fertilized for spending over £12,000. I can send anyone my records if they would like details. Make sure you don’t let them hand you more medication than you need each day. I had 4 cetrotides left and the other cold ones that couldn’t be returned, a waste of hundreds of my pounds. Also don’t let them charge you for blood tests ahead of time, you’ll have a hard time getting it back. Somehow they make up charges for everything. Studies say the more you do IVF the more likely your chances. Maybe go to a cheaper place with more clear up front charges and more than one round included. Try different countries too like USA and Pakistan (cheaper and have been successful for my friends). P.S- I barely ever saw a doctor except for the first visit and never saw hide nor hair of this famous Dr. T. He’s probably retired living it up in his mansion in the tropics now!

The reality is this team of people get results. The daily blood tests, wait times and sometimes difficulty communicating are absolutely honest feedback but when you get the positive result of having a baby there is nothing else that matters. Room for improvement - yes. Would I do it again - yes....a million times over.

I wish they treated people better. They make you feel like cattle. Why not spend some of the bags if money and invest in a computerised system with set appointment times and a decent waiting room so that women at the clinic are treated better.

Commercial, they only care about the money I paid a lot of money and i never saw the doctor not even once, he didn’t have the dignity to give me the bad news, I repeatedly ask to see him and he refused.

Thank you ARGC without them i was lost thinking why the results are not coming positive each time when every time doctor says all looks great but with ARGC at first time only I had positive result and blessed with my lovely boy !! I would really recommend them.

After being treated in 5 clinics I will rate this the best.
Don't be put off by the number of blood tests, they are extremely accurate and monitor very close your cycle. You won't find any other clinic that take blood at 7 in the morning on Christmas day. Patients here are priority and have all my respect for that.
If you work they are very flexible compared to other clinics, you can have blood tests and scans done very early morning.
The only down side there is a long waiting list and there is a bit of selection, but I was accepted even had low chances.
Prices are like any other clinic and the overall cost for 1 cycle is a little higher just because you are monitored closely, in other clinics you will spend the same amount having had a few cancelled cycles and wasted your money.
I didn't find the staff rude at all or at least no more than any other clinic, but everyone was extremely efficient and professional.

The main issue is with how they treat people. You are just a number. You wait 30 min to 1 hour for a scan, they don’t try to speed things up or optimise, they don’t care. You never get privacy when speaking about your situation, it’s always in front of 5 other people waiting by the front desk. The morning of my egg collections, one of the nurses yelled at me because 1 page in my file was not filled in. The first day I collected the meds, no one had told me I would get a large bag full of meds which I had to take with me to a conference in Canary Wharf.
March 2020 update: the IVF with ARGC did not work, the process was hard physically and mentally. I then fell pregnant naturally 1 year later and now have a healthy and happy baby! So hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel for those of you researching IVF.

ARGC success rates are everything to them, they may not be the best at customer service but that's not their focus. If you want a cup of tea and a smile go to Nuffield...if you want to get pregnant go to ARGC it's as simple as that. I'm a proud father of 2 beautiful twins and prior to the ARGC's efforts everyone else (NHS and private) had failed miserably. Thanks ARGC!

We know ARGC throughout a friend she recommended us. Without our friend named Marta and ARGC team, we would not be this lucky having our healthy happy baby boy.
It's a very expensive treatment with ARGC but what they would do differently and treat every patient individual to get the best result are much we wanted.
I have been failured 3 ICSI treatments with NHS and 2 ICSI with London Women Clinic (the one on Haley Street): they all using the same method and very similar medications.
I have known other 4 people who had 4 health babies, we all had treatments from ARGC.
Again thank you very much my friend and ARGC team!
I will definitely come to see you in a year time for my next treatment!

Very rushed, stressful, impersonal and too expensive. After spending 12k I did not even have any eggs left over to freeze!!. -ve result. When i approached the team seeking counselling as i was upset all they did was try to sell me further sessions!!!!! I left deeply upset. V bad experience.
