Service unmatched! I received the best treatment from Dr. Serhal, his support and guidance was absolutely exceptional! The care I received from the nurses was outstanding, they were very helpful and supportive throughout my journey. I want to thank the entire team and stuff (specially Suzie Boniface) for being professional, welcoming and accommodating!

CRGH was wonderful during my fertility process. Dr. Saab was encouraging and empathetic, yet realistic about our possibilities. The clinic was efficient and on-time with my appointments. After years of unexplained infertility, we have a family of three children! One girl and fraternal twin boys. I can't thank the clinic enough for making our family complete.

For what could have been a very difficult and emotional experience, the care I received was absolutely exceptional, even just walking into reception I was always greeted with the kindest smiles and warmest welcomes everyone time. My consultant was Mr Theodorou and he was amazing, along with the lovely nurses I saw along my journey. The level of communication, support and guidance throughout the process was outstanding and I cannot thank the team enough. I would not hesitate to recommend CRGH to others.

Dr Saab and his team have been amazing at CRGH. We were fortunate enough to be blessed with our beautiful boy after just one round. The process was quick and efficient and I’ve never had to wait too long for nurses appointments and always manage to speak/get advice from Dr Saab without any difficulties. We can’t thank Dr Saab and his team enough for giving us the most precious of life’s gifts. I would highly recommend Dr Saab and CRGH.

I highly recommend CRGH for having an excellent team of fertility experts, especially when it comes to embryos - their knowledge is outstanding.

I would 100% recommend CRGH to anyone needing fertility treatment. We had 3 failed fresh transfers (including 2 miscarriages) with no frozen embryos before we came to CRGH. They were amazing and took everything about our history into consideration when planning our treatment. We were under the care of Dr Theodorou who was brilliant and gave us the perfect treatment plan. He used evidence based research to plan what we should do. He answered our many questions and always treated us with dignity. I am delighted to say that we were successful and now have beautiful and healthy 10 month old twins! We couldn’t have achieved this without CRGH - a huge Thank you to the whole team.

Sadly a very upsetting and unprofessional experience. I had an appointment years ago (2019) and paid on the day but since then have been receiving calls and emails tantamount to bullying from CRGH demanding I pay an additional £200 for a second mystery "new client " appointment. After a lot of back and forth early 2020 I finally received a call from a receptionist at CRGH who informed me the matter was now settled and it been an administration mistake. Worryingly now (2021) someone else from CRGH has begun to bully me again via multiple demanding calls and emails even after I explained the matter had been resolved. I have now been receiving demanding calls and letters regarding this from a debt collections agency (Oriel). I will be following this up further as it is quite obviously a worrying administration error and lack of communication on part on CRGH. Tread carefully.

We have had 3 children as a result of CRGH’s - and specifically Dr Saab’s - excellent, tailored help. Dr Saab is very thorough and caring, being honest and supportive as we went through each cycle. Although you are one of many people at the clinic, we never doubted his knowledge of our individual circumstances.

Our chances of having a baby were virtually nil. Mr Saab was 100% committed to supporting our quest, he was patient and empathetic. I am now a 43 year old mum and am really pleased we chose CRGH and Mr Saab as our consultant.

We have used CRGH twice for fertility treatment and have been successful both times 1st time around! The knowledge in this area and the way that they tailor treatment to ensure we had the best outcome was second to none. I have friends that have gone through IVF with other places and I've always felt more monitored and given more medication to increase our chances. It has paid off as now we have a son and daughter! We can't thank CRGH enough! I would recommend them to anyone thinking about IVF in a heartbeat. If you're going to do it do it with the best!

After numerous Dr’s and different hospitals we knew we needed a change. CRGH came highly recommended by good friends and from the moment we met Dr Serhal and his team we knew we was somewhere special. The service, care and techniques we received were fantastic and nothing was ever a problem. We will be forever grateful for our special little girl.

From the initial consultation to my last appointment (9 week scan) CRGH have been nothing but fantastic! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Going through ivf is naturally a stressful/anxious period but they really made me feel at ease. I feel so grateful to them of course for the positive outcome that I am in currently. But for making the experience as smooth as it can be going through ivf. Thank you so much to all the team. I couldn't recommend you all enough.

Very disappointing experience with this clinic. Be aware! I have just gone through one of the most traumatic experiences with a health clinic of my life. We spent over 10k with them and we have absolutely nothing to show for it. I have gone through the entire process taking the stimulation drugs and when the egg collection day came, despite all the scans and blood test, they missed my ovulation so no eggs were collected. All I had as the professional who tried to collect the eggs saying to me: 'I am sorry, you've ovulated before we could collect any eggs'. My arms were all bruised from the blood tests to monitor my ovulation almost daily! The clinic did not contact us, we had no support and I am angry because my expectations were not managed properly. If I had known that there was a risk of no eggs being collected, I would have not gambled 10k! I am angry, sad and frustrated for putting my family and my body through this. On top of that, I encountered unprepared professional who had ZERO empathy towards what we were going through. We interviewed several clinics and that was by far the most expensive one so I am traumatised for life. No signs of having a family and with 10k less in my account. I just thought you should all be aware of it.

Mr Saab and the team at CRGH did a brilliant job for us - we have now successfully had a healthy baby boy from one cycle. We had previously attended a different IVF clinic on Harley Street and had an unsuccessful transfer. The approach at CRGH was very different - Mr Saab had a clear plan as to how best to treat me rather than offering a 'standard' round. We moved to CRGH because they had such great success rates and we are delighted to now be one of those success stories.

We do not normally post reviews, however CRGH was a game changer for us and we wanted to share this information with other people looking to start the IVF process. We initially started with another 'leading' London clinic, after 3 IVF attempts got nowhere and had really poor results. We honestly were at the end of the road before we decided to get another final opinion. As soon as we met Mr Serhal and his team we instantly wished we had started directly at CRGH. When other experts said they had no idea why it wasn't working for us, Mr Serhal was honest, reassuring and worked through our case systematically. We took great comfort in his expertise. Lo and behold we now have a perfect baby boy, with embryos to spare. Hope this helps others on their journey.

After several attempts of private IVF at another top London clinic, we truly saw a huge difference in the professionalism and standards at CRGH. Mr Serhal’s medical insight and perseverance over our two years of experience at CRGH was a game changer in helping us succeed in the IVF journey after a long road and several unexplained failed IVF rounds. We felt supported and confident in understanding the medical stages throughout the entire process. We were greeted with friendly faces all the way from reception, to the fantastic nurses and doctors. The Lab and embryology team at CRGH is cutting edge and one of the main reasons we chose the clinic. After having recently had our little boy, we will definitely be going back to try for a sibling. Thank you to the entire CRGH team for helping create our wonderful family.

I could not recommend CRGH enough. After 3.5 years of infertility, my husband and I were so lucky to get NHS funding for IVF and our consultant strongly suggested we had our treatment at CRGH. From the beginning we felt listened to and supported and were given a plan. Throughout the whole process I was astounded by the professionalism, efficiency, organisation and helpfulness of everyone involved including the reception staff , nurses etc. There was never any ambiguity and any questions I had were always answered clearly and promptly. The app was a great help during my treatment as you can message the nurses and they always responded. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and kind. We were so lucky to get 13 embryos and even luckier to fall pregnant after our first frozen embryo transfer. This has resulted in the birth of our beautiful perfect daughter Margot on 24/03/21. We cannot thank Dr Duran and CRGH staff enough, without this clinic our daughter would not be here with us.

I went to crgh for help with recurrent miscarriages . I was looked after by Dr Seshardri and have never felt more supported . Dr Seshardri was the first doctor to actually listen to our concerns and not tell us it was all bad luck . She is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with current miscarriage research . The whole egg collection and embryo transfer was very straightforward and made me feel at ease . Currently 11 weeks pregnant which is the furthest we have ever reached . Thank you Dr Seshardri ! X

The path of ivf is a rocky one, paved with uncertainty, excitement and fear. When a woman hears that one of the most seemingly natural things to procreate doesn’t come naturally, it’s often a difficult time. A plethora of thoughts rush in, betrayal that her body doesn’t do what is expected to come naturally, guilt and shame to mention a few. So when an opportunity comes to have a second chance and give nature a little push it’s a welcome relief. CRGH are a phenomenal and wonderful organisation where literally everyone is rooting for your success. The medical staff are par excellence. IVF can often appear to be a daunting experience, however, everyone from the nurses to the embryologists are super patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. In short, they have made my journey in IVF a smooth one and I’m grateful that I now have a chance of achieving motherhood

I had care at CRGH from October 2019 and welcomed my beautiful baby boy Into the world March 2021. I fell pregnant within 8 months of treatment and was hit with obstacles such as during covid-19. I was under Dr Khanjani’s care and she was absolutely incredible. She tailored my treatment very specific to me and made me feel so hopeful that motherhood was in my future. All the staff at CRGH were amazing. I couldn’t fault them from the friendly greetings at reception to the amazing sonographers and the knowledgable nurses. I always had such attentive care and communication with the team was really good. One of the hardest things about infertility is all the waiting- they’re care really helped with these difficult steps. If I have to go through further treatment to extend my family, I will definitely be using CRGH again.

CRGH has very welcoming staff at reception, appointments are prompt and the safety measures put in place during the pandemic made me feel very safe as a patient undergoing treatment. Thank you to Sonographers Elena and Zahava, Victoria, Dr Nagi, the Nursing Team and the CRGH Lab Team. Our very special thanks to Dr Ephia Yasmin who has been a great support throughout this process and has so much knowledge and understanding of many of the issues involved in decision making. After learning that the treatment wasn't available to us in the NHS, Dr Yasmin helped us to navigate the various questions we had in moving to pursue the treatment we needed for our individual circumstances. I will be forever grateful to Dr Yasmin and wouldn't hesitate in recommending CRGH to others looking for a London Clinic.

Having done lots of research into private clinics we went with CRGH based on their strong statistics. We did 2 rounds of IVF and and IUI after being told that after our 2 cycles of IVf had failed there was nothing more that could be done. The consultant himself was very nice and professional and i got the feeling that he felt let by the other staff at times. I was informed i had endometriosis by a Sonographer after a HYCosy Scan. She shrugged her shoulders when i asked what was going on and why this had only been picked up at that time and she replied she assumed i knew. Clearly it was. shock and delivered in a very unsympathetic way. I feel that this has been the main issue with my infertility and this should have been looked into before starting treatment to rule it out. No pelvic exams or questions were asked about possible problems before treatment started. Its really the doctor that should give you diagnosis and reassure you. I was told there was a chance it could be cancer and naturally panicked after being told by a nurse that i should seek an MRI scan elsewhere as my symptoms were no longer their problem. Overall the service was shabby and we lost a lot of faith and trust in how things were being run. We were faced with huge disappointments but we should have been reassured at regular stages as the process is not cheap. Having left the clinic disheartened and angry at the way things were handled we have now found another clinic which have given us hope and made us feel it is not the end of the road for our fertility.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mr. Theodorou and all the team at CRGH. We had a beautiful baby boy after years of infertility and two failed NHS rounds of IVF at a different clinic. Through our consultations with Mr. Theodorou, and the investigations we undertook, we were able to narrow down and address all the possible reasons for my infertility. Whenever we had a question Mr. Theodorou and his assistant Ingrida were always happy to help, and we felt well looked after throughout the whole process. We will be eternally grateful to CRGH for helping us add our little boy to our family!

CRGH gave us the baby we have been waiting for for over seven years. We can’t possibly thank them enough for that. We were so happy with Dr Azturk as our consultant. He gave us hope when no one else could possibly do it and helped us understand our situation better to carry on. If it hadn’t been because of his calming, professional, honest and reassuring approach we probably wouldn’t have had our daughter now. Although there were a couple of hiccups throughout our time with CRGH, -mostly due to some rushed nurse appointments-, the main appointments and procedures were done with good care and patience. My husband and I would like to thank CRGH for giving us our daughter. Our special thanks to Dr Azturk and the brilliant embryologist who chose the right sperm for our only egg, fantastic job! Thank you.

The second we walked into the CRGH was the second I knew we'd made the right choice to undergo our Ivf journey here. The CRGH is a family, and as soon as you walk through the doors you instantly feel a part of that family. Our dr was Dr Vidiya Seshadri, and we couldn't have wished for a better Dr to go through this with. Her professionalism is second to none, and thanks to her and her amazing team, we have been blessed with two healthy, happy twin boys. I would recommend anyone about to go through Ivf, to do it here. I genuinely can't praise them enough.

I cannot recommend CRGH enough. We did a lot of research with clinics recommended with our NHS funding and so glad we chose CRGH. They were very friendly, the communication was brilliant, covid protection and processes was great and even better news was our ICSI worked first time. Easy parking up there road near Regent’s Park. It worked well for us and would highly recommend our experience with them. As mentioned we were lucky to receive NHS funding and had the best experience witH CRGH.

I had 3 rounds of NHS funded PGD IVF. I am sure my main consultant had my best interests at heart but she had a rather brusque manner and spoke extremely quickly all the time, as though she were always in a rush to get me out the door. In general the staff were not very approachable which saddens me as I need PGD and CRGH are very strong in this area. I wish I had had a different experience as I then could have then stayed with CRGH for these next rounds of privately funded PGD.

This clinic is fantastic! I highly recommend them. Dr Seshadri was fantastic and we now have triplets from our first attempt at CRGH! We first decided to have treatment with CRGH in June 2018 after two unsuccessful IVF attempts with another clinic where we felt that we were just another number and had lost faith in the process. We researched extensively and CRGH was top for success rates and patient satisfaction and best of all, they treat private AND NHS patients. It was a 4 hour round trip for us to be treated at CRGH so we invested a lot in them and we were not disappointed. We were amazed at the determination of our consultant Dr Seshadri and the attention to detail throughout our treatment. I was monitored more closely than during previous cycles, my drugs were altered accordingly and I was given more holistic advice in preparation for the treatment which no doubt improved the quality of my eggs. I was screened in more detail than I had been before and ICSI was recommended as a better option than IVF for us. This gave us 8 viable embryos (from 18 collected) compared with 2 in my previous fresh cycle (also from 18 collected) at another clinic. This was our final shot as I was too emotionally drained from the previous cycles, so we decided to put two embryos back and the clinic agreed due to my age and treatment history. Not only were we successful, but one of our embryos split and we are now parents to three beautiful boys. In what was such an incredibly difficult time, I felt I was in the safest hands. All of the staff at the clinic (receptionists, nurses, embryologists, doctors) are kind, compassionate and genuinely care about getting positive outcomes for their patients. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Worst experience ever.... I do regret having treatment here. I had an IUI back in August and I've just gone through an IVF cycle with a recent transfer, not sure about the results yet, however my overall experience has been a nightmare. I will start with the lack of patient care, the repeated mistakes they made - they got my appointments on the wrong date; a nurse told me to leave my Covid swab at the reception (at a specific time and date) and that day at the reception they told me they couldn't accept a Covid swab; they issued wrong invoices after emailing me saying that my storage was paid until a later date (they issued a refund for this so I got my money back, but still had to spend a day on the phone for this); one of the people in finance told me i had to pay for fresh transfer of blastocysts when in reality, I don't - it's over 2.000 pounds more so not a joke; worst of all, the day BEFORE my egg retrieval, I was absolutely nervous and wanted to chill and relax.... bare in mind, it was a Saturday. At 7pm on a Saturday evening they call me and say that there was a mistake in my consent form (after a nurse had reviewed it a couple of days before and said it was okay) so they wanted me to redo the consent form that night. I said okay, send it to me via email. The lady on the phone sent me the wrong consent form via email. At that point, tired and frustrated, I asked if she could leave it at the reception ON the day of my retrieval (Sunday). She did, only that FOR THE SECOND TIME she left the wrong consent form for a procedure I wasn't even doing! I am at a loss. They have no clue nor consideration for what a patient has to endure during this process, if possible, they made everything worse than it already is. I don't know why but I felt I had no chance with them before even starting the procedures. The had me lose trust in everything they do. Besides a handful of good people (the two doctors I met are great, one nurse and one radiologist), the majority of them seem to have no clue of what they do/say, I find there is maybe one or two people per department who really know what to do. I felt like this clinic works more like an assembly line than an actual clinic. On top of that, I went through an IVF process to freeze embryos a year ago (in Spain) and got excellent results (at a cheaper price overall), I understand in a year my AMH values have dropped but here at best I got 1 embryo that was barely hanging in there and that's it. Pretty much a complete failure and I believe their stim protocol had something to do with it.

This is very bad service, they only care about charging money from the patient but discard the embryo while money has been paid. The doctor consulted the opposite advice while the storage department requires more consent form which is unclear and confused. They said that the finance department works separately from storage. I wish I could gave them minor star. Do not go there or you just waste money, time and get upset.

For the amount of money that a patient is paying I expect better services. It's not the first private clinic that I had treatment, but this is by far the most rude and with a poor service. It's unacceptable to have late appointments or none with your consultant. The waiting time is too long and as a patient you lose precious time. You are being chased , bullied and threatened by the financial team to pay for treatments that you might not be able to do, in the case you don't pay in advance for a procedure that might not happen, you are being threatened that you won't get any treatments done anymore.

CRGH is supposed to be the one of the best clinics in London in terms of success rates but after our experience there I have become suspicious of these statistics and their success rates. This is not because we have had two unsuccessful cycles (which due to our diagnosis is not unexpected) but because of how many mistakes they have made in record keeping in our case and how many mistakes they have made in giving us either the wrong medications/instructions or the timing of medications (we caught a mistake in the trigger shot timing - a really big deal!!!) Luckily we are on top of things and have caught the mistakes because of our prior experience but that can't be the case for most people. After our first cycle we have received a summary of our cycle which was actually wrong - number or embryos/eggs collected. That means that their official records are wrong and makes me suspect that their statistics are wrong as well. Their protocols also limit the number of scans (to lower costs?), there are wide variations in the number of follicles from various U/S measurements. Some variations are acceptable but when you have 12 follicles you don't suddenly grow 3 more large ones overnight. I don't know how to find the right clinic but CRGH is sloppy and we have lost trust in their work and their statistics.

We attended CRGH for treatment for a period of over 5 years and we can't speak more highly of our experience. We received sophisticated, personalised and caring advice that always kept our spirits up during the journey. I'm very happy to say that our treatment resulted in two healthy children (a girl and a boy) born three years apart. The entire team delivers excellent, sympathetic care in very challenging circumstances and we would recommend CRGH to anyone.

Although I always read reviews, this is one of the first I have written. I did a huge amount of research before I chose a clinic, reading various reviews from many places. I chose CRGH because I met a consultant there who seemed professional and knowledgeable. I started the process and very soon I realised how impersonal and factory like the place was. Unfortunately they made a few mistakes with me and I started to loose trust. They accidentally changed my appointments without me knowing and changed my consultant in the middle saying I had requested it, which I had not. There were also various hidden costs, such as the price of a test does not include the results for which you have to pay another amount to receive! The finance team are very active. The consultant herself was cold and impersonal, and in one confidential phone meeting with her, which she insisted must be on loud speaker, she didn’t let me know that there were other staff in the room until I questioned it. I kept going as I had already started and didn’t want to go elsewhere in the middle. Unfortunately in the middle I was diagnosed with a condition and the consultant Dr S actually shouted at me as to why I had not told her before and why I had ‘withheld’ information. I told her that I had no idea I had this condition and it had only come up in a recent blood test. She was abrupt and challenging and more concerned about legally covering herself then acknowledging that it may be a shock to me too that I had just found out I had this condition. Though she was knowledgeable and experienced, she was cold, unfriendly and robotic and made me feel awful. I tried to speak to the manager and he was very defensive that I was questioning a Consultant and put down the phone on me, saying he did not need to speak to me if he didn’t know who I was. Suffice to say I would never go back there again. Several of the nurses there were lovely as were the friendly receptionists, but if the manager himself is so rude, then if there is an issue, there is simply no-one to speak to who cares. I wish everyone all the best in their journey and hope you find the right clinic and consultant for you.

"EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG HAS GONE WRONG"- SO SAID THE CRGH NURSE TO ME. And they did absolutely nothing to follow this up except send me a bill. Absolutely nothing. AND I WOULD STAND BY MY ACCOUNT IN COURT. One Doctor was so shocked by the red swelling at the injection site, caused by wrong needles and having been told to inject in the wrong place, that he wrote a prescription for antibiotics on the spot. Then sent me a bill for the private prescription. I had to pay - quite literally - for the mistakes CRGH made. They left me with permanent scarring on my stomach. To have to deal with the clinical negligence and utter lack of concern for my well-being demonstrated by this clinic caused me significant trauma. And of course I have to re-visit this every time I see the scars: i.e. every day. (This is of course besides all the regular complaints made by others - terrible time-keeping, inadequate information about medication, wrong information about counselling, incorrect prescriptions delivered etc etc.) It was an appalling experience from start to finish.. N.B. THE RESPONSE POSTED BELOW BY CRGH DISPUTES MY ACCOUNT, BUT TELLINGLY MAKES NO INDICATION AS TO HOW, WHAT PART/S OF IT, OR IN WHAT WAY. IT IS EXTRAORDINARY THAT THE RESPONSE DOES HOWEVER INTRODUCE THE IDEA OF A NEED FOR 'SYMPATHY' INSTEAD

Terrible customer service. Medical procedures instill confidence and specialists are helpful and knowledgeable, but their nurses and reception are absolutely clueless. As an existing client I've been trying to schedule an appointment for ages now - they don't reply to emails or return calls. We've been overcharged /financial department is the only proactive one!/ And there's only one nurse actually capable of drawing blood - I've had my veins slaughtered a number of times before I invariably end up with their senior nurse.. I can see why they have a good success rate - they do a lot more screenings than other clinics and their specialists appear professional, but likely because of their reputation they don't feel they need to also deliver customer service so get ready for total chaos outside the doctor's office. We're already tied up with them too much to switch and have no complaints with the medical side of things but we're wondering how professional you can be medically if you can't get administration right - the impression is of chaos within the organisation and that's not trust instilling at all.

We did not have the best experience with the clinic. We paid a lot of money for a test. We were told the results came out normal and we should try conceiving naturally. To find out over five moths later when booking another consultation with the doctor that the result was quite poor and we can only conceive via IVF. We were more than puzzled with the advice. While we do not disagree with the fact that the doctor was very capable we found the clinic and the staff very disorganised.

I had a negative experience and they were unwilling to address any of my concerns. Problems: 1:They don’t put anything in writing for you, (no appointment times, or notes from your scans, nothing tangible) so I had to take notes myself constantly. Even emails are electronically held in their system and you can only access them temporarily, then they disappear, so it’s hard to keep track of all the info you need to know. 2: There’s an awkward reception system where they take your photograph and there’s always a camera on you and yet it’s hard to get in through the main door from the high street 3: the consultant I met with has limited social skills. He puts his foot in it often with very sensitive topics. He only reviews your notes once the appointments have begun. He gives advice off the top of his head so you’re never sure whether it’s considered medical advice or a random idea he thinks might be fun to try. 4: sometimes I would have to call or email 3 times before someone would call me back 5: it’s very expensive and the costs are not clearly revealed until the invoices arrive 6: they prescribe medication that they will tell you is accessible in all pharmacies and health shops but then you will find the medication is actually only available directly from the clinic, at triple the cost 7: I was told the final and most important procedure - the egg collection - would be under general anaesthetic and pain free. Instead they changed their minds at the last minute so I was awake and in pain throughout the surgery. They did not offer additional pain relief at any point. 8: maybe all of the above is worth it because it is a success for some people and they are able to have children through this process. I don’t know if this is true though. It felt like a scam to me, because after all this, after many expensive months of scans and appointments and injections and attempts they did not manage to collect and freeze more than one egg. So overall had a very negative experience, and unsuccessful, and they were unwilling to address any of my post- procedure concerns.

CRGH have great doctors, embryologists, nurses and the best techniques and advice on what you can choose to do depending on your personal infertility circumstances and your budget. They are not cheap but not the most expensive. Save money on the drugs by going across the road to Chel Pharmacy. If you're young and have time in your side you can get better package deals elsewhere, like pregnancy guarantees for example, but if you're over 40 be careful wasting your time at inferior clinics. Go to the HFEA.GOV.UK website to check your chosen clinic. No clinic can make you pregnant if you have to many issues you're up against but we had two very big hurdles they helped us overcome at 42.
