We had a great experience at Gennet City and we couldn’t recommend it enough.
From the admin team, to the doctors, nurses and lab team, everyone has been kind, caring and empathic.
We came across the Clinic after 5 years of trying for a baby, and a few not so great experiences with clinics in London and abroad.
The approach is very personalised and gentle and as given us more embryos that could have dreamt of.
We hope individuals and couples will be able to experience the same level of tailored care and great results. The kindness of the whole team as well, it’s rare.

We couldn’t be more grateful to City Fertility for helping us bring our little girl into the world (through IVF). Going through fertility treatment is a hard and emotive time but City Fertility made it as positive as experience as possible. All of the staff (doctors, embryologists, nurses, sonographers, receptionists, and administrative staff) are highly experienced, professional, communicative, responsive, friendly and compassionate. The clinic is small enough to give a highly personalised approach, without compromising on excellence- with specialists and experts that are leaders in their field. From initial investigations through to fertility treatment and finally viability scans, City Fertility provided an amazing service at every stage. We would highly recommend City Fertility to anyone looking for a fertility clinic.

We feel very lucky to know and choose City Fertility, it’s impossible to have our baby boy without any staff members there, from administration to medical team. The clinic is very nice, clean, friendly and organised all the time. The treatments could be intense , but the environment, friendly and professional staffs have given me more then confidence and hope . Highly recommended! We consider to have the second baby and will definitely come to meet the lovely team again!

We had IVF treatment at City fertility London after travel to Gennet Prague was stopped during lockdown.
The pregnancy went well and our twins arrived by caesarian on 30th January: Florence (5.4 lb) and Finley (6.1lb). Both healthy and doing really well....
So thank you to all the staff at City and Gennet for getting us our precious babies, we did not have high expectations due to my age and small number of eggs. The process was much easier than I had expected other than some understandable confusion over communication between us and two clinics and we feel very lucky to have got pregnant first time.
Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, despite Covid conditions in London at a difficult time, everything was efficient, appointments easy to book and process almost painless.

I have picked your clinic 5 years ago after negative experience with another ivf clinic, and i wasn’t disappointed- the quality of service was consistently good, appointments were always on time and level of care was highly professional! Not to mention that your location meant that I could walk to my appointments from my office in the City.
I came back to you after 4 years to have my twins and was pleased to see that you have maintained the level of service and your staff were as charming and as professional as always!

Superb establishment that helped us.
- they are professional and you always aware where you are as part of the process
- as new facts emerge you can get almost immediate response from the doctors on whether treatment needs to be adjusted (i am talking 1-2 hours tops)
- special thank you goes to Veronika who made the process much less stressful to us
- all costs and charges were known upfront, no surprises whatsoever
- i am really struggling to find a single negative point about this clinic but i simply can't - they do their job extremely well

I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to due to the EXCELLENT service. I went to city fertility for a female fertility assessment and egg freezing procedure. They provide detailed service with a plan tailored to your needs, are incredibly responsive (<1 day response time) and are so kind and friendly.
They are clearly very educated and experienced in the procedure and everything went seamlessly and easily. They checked up on me several times throughout the process and even called me for several days after the egg collection to check on my well being.
They do regular scans and bloods and are flexible from a scheduling perspective.
It is the best medical experience I have ever had.

We recently had a wonderful little boy after all these years and wanted to thank you all and the City team for all the support over the last few years.
As we've had a difficult journey to get to this stage over a long time where we've attended various clinics with hope and left with disappointment...We finally came to City Fertility and found that Ben and Malini were more focused on our specific treatment than other clinics and we didn't just feel like being on a conveyor belt of patients where you frequently saw different doctors as is the case with other clinics...Shaun and Aga from the embryology team were also very helpful and Eliska and Sarah Carter from the nursing team was very supportive and followed up on any questions as discussed . The admin team were also very helpful and we found that Karin and John followed up on any questions and we'd particularly like to thank Beilul who was always great at looking into things if needed.

Me and my wife visited City Fertility in 2018 and after two cycles that ended with miscarriage we were recommended to go for PGS which in the end did explain a lot of things. One further cycle which was successful and we are now proud parents to our bundle of joy! We cannot thank everyone at City Fertility enough for their help throughout the difficult and we are extremely grateful for everything, especially the way we have been treated with such empathy and kindness during our emotionally difficult journey.

Don’t normally leave reviews but the excellence of service I received was phenomenal so Just want to share that coming to City Fertility has been life changing, we now have a beautiful baby girl Thanks to Doctor Ben, John and the admin team, Nurses and Shaun and his team! They all have been nothing but professional, fantastic and helpful from the beginning of our journey. We will differently be coming back soon for the 2nd one. 100% would recommend and the price wont be beaten.

I cannot recommend CIty Fertility highly enough. Dr Ram was amazing in helping us conceive and ‘grow’ our son. The team who conducted ICSI for us were so professional, the team through multiple transfer failures were so kind. Definitely recommended clinic!!! We have tried a few big clinics in around Harley st and this one is above and beyond when it comes to approach - these guys really do care about you and your support. The communication has been really prompt and smooth and we cannot recommend Dr Abramov enough, thank you so much for everything you have done for us! Don't waste your money on this clinic GUYS , I have spent a lot and not only money they wasted our time for nearly 4 years. Dr Martin Hrehorcak told my wife her fallopian tube were blocked and went to some other clinic to remove the block they said her tubes are not blocked. I went to other clinic after city fertility sand same again seemed like they were waste of time. At the end of 4 years we have decided to go to one of the fertility clinic at harley street and after 3 months seen the Dr my wife got pregnant and she is now about 12 weeks.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Avoid - Avoid. The desperation and desire to have children takes you many places, and this is one if the worst ones in the list. They are a well set up business who see no further that the £££ signs. Hidden costs will follow up, chase you and threaten you with debt collectors months after. Even though you had to pay everything upfront. So what you see is definitely NOT what you get. Do not waste your money, zero results and absolutely terrible experience.
my partner is now pregnant from treatment elsewhere, first time. The clinic and service do not compare when looking back. Do not make the mistake we did. This clinic isn't your answer.

Too much attitude problem and only care about money and nothing else. There are clearly a lot of issue highlighted and in return the appointment has been cancelled because they do not want anybody to highlight any issue to them and simply listen to them and pay them without asking any question.

Thanks for putting the blame on me and not telling the others that you only deals with CASH to avoid the TAX.

We would definitely recommend Gennet City Fertility to all couples who are considering fertility treatment. Our dream of becoming parents came true in November 2018 when we welcomed our precious little boy! Due to our history we were advised to try IVF with PGS and with only one healthy embryo we were successful and at the age of 43 I finally became a mum. We found all clinic staff very professional and friendly at all times and the clinic flexible in terms of appointments. Overall we had a very positive experience with City Fertility and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Really pleased with the early pregnancy scans and Harmony test my partner and I had here. Reassurred us during a worrying twin pregnancy and found them much more affordable than other London clinics. Costs were always very clear and staff always friendly and took their time with us.

Saw dr Abramov for our first consultation and felt that he understood our needs and took our wishes into consideration, so far very pleased. Staff have been nothing but really nice and kind, appointments sometimes run a bit late, but that's everywhere the same. Nice and modern facility Also really happy with the costs as we got a chance to discuss everything with a member of staff - definitely a lot cheaper treatment than other London clinics

Whilst the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, helpful and kind this clinic is obviously understaffed which means getting appointments when you need them is difficult and adds a lot of stress. They rarely answer the phone, rarely reply to emails - overall very poor customer service.

we are very pleased we chose City Fertility for our IVF treatment, we were successful on our 2nd attempt, we were well informed of the costs by the friendly staff and always treated with compassion and sensitivity,we were told that my wife would not go full term by the doctors and as a result, were monitored from early on by our local hospital, which was vital as our son was born at 27 weeks.
The clinic is easily found with a 5 minute walk from Farringdon train station.
We cannot recommend City Fertility enough and are eternally grateful for what they have done for us,all of the staff will forever be in our hearts.

Robbed of our savings, demanding more along the way, demaing more after and before you have a chance to forget about them they'll sent letters at home damanding payment for services you never requested.
They are not worth a thought, seem to keep putting good reviews up themselves.
All the fake smiles at intitial appointments, wait until you're no longer use to them. BE WARNED! They should not be in business.

Horrible experience!! They just want your money, you buy a expensive packet with all included and nothing is included, after you have to buy more medicines, they charge you for blood test without previous notice, have to injection for 3 weeks!! That is crazy and No normal, with 0 results.

I can't recommend the team at GENNET City Fertility enough and Shaun Rogers the Senior Embryologist/Laboratory Manager was world class. Our experience from start to finish was faultless. At the age of 42 I went through just one cycle of stimulated IVF and ICSI which produced 15 fertilised eggs and then eight blastocysts, two were implanted and we are now very proud parents to one healthy and huge baby boy. GENNET City Fertility continue to store the remaining six blastocysts in case we want to extend our family yet further... we'll see!
All staff were incredibly professional, in touch with the very latest techniques, gave honest recommendations based on our circumstances and were warm and friendly. The clinic is modern and calm, all appointments were on time and we loved its convenient and refreshing non Harley Street location (not to mention INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR MONEY - they are the cheapest IVF Clinic in the South of England!).
