Access Fertility are a first rate company who's goal is to help people achieve their dream of becoming parents without the risk of losing their home or going into massive debt. Having worked alongside them for a year, I have heard nothing but fantastic, life changing stories and would highly recommend them to anyone who is contemplating IVF.

The package itself is ok but you have to be 100% sure about the clinic that you choose. If not, this package doesn't work and you will get benefit depending on the clinic. Access fertility does not have a control of how the clinc works.
Even if you find your clinic's treatment or service is not satisfactory, you are not able to move on to another clinic unless you accept a big financial loss. It all depends on how the clinic clarifies the treatment and service item that is included in the specifics in the package. I Also how good and honest doctor who is not a sales man.
Clinics will find a way to charge you anyway to meet their financial profit. Choosing a trusted clinic and a doctor, a doctor who focuses on the success of your fertility treatment, not for their financial success is the key. Also make sure with the clinic what exactly covers and even the consultation. I got charged £160 by the clinic I was with for 15 mins of a meeting to ask some questions as another follow up consultation.

Made a stresseful time really positive. Really informative from start to finish. For the first time they spoke of when we get pregnant, not if! Always support on the other end of the phone and regularly called me throughout the process to check on how I was doing and keep me informed. Could always get an appointment when needed one so timings for implants were spot on. Calm, professional and positive atmosphere in the clinic. I’m really freaked out by medical and hospital environments and they manage to get the balance just right of making it a welcoming environment but also giving you the confidence they know what they’re doing. Would definitely - and have already - recommend. Thank you for making our dreams come true. I can’t believe that a year ago we began this process and now I’m holding our 10 week old little lady in my arms!

I used Access Fertility to have our beautiful second little miracle baby. They were amazing throughout the whole process. Everything was explained in fine detail and all the team were extremely helpful and made what is a very emotional and stressful journey as smooth and easy as possible. We would not hesitate to use Access Fertility again, should we ever be in the financial position to do so. Lovely, compassionate team who have that 'personal' touch with their clients! We were taken back by their lovely gesture of a beautiful teddy bear for our little princess when she was born and a hand written card, sending their Congratations and well wishes! My experience with Access Fertility was very pleasant. They provide information which i needed and explained it clearly. Using the multi package, put me on ease knowing that i could try again. Thankfully i didn't needed to because i got pregnant on the first cycle i used. I will recommend them to any of my friends or family who might be considering using IVF treatment. The cost was within reason. Thanks to Access fertility and the clinic staff, i have my little boy today and thank for the beautiful teddy they sent him.

Great experience with access, easy to understand and whenever we phoned they explained clearly. We got a loan from our bank as it was a better interest rate however the program we choose worked well for us and gave us peace of mind. Having tried for 7 years to have a baby we finally have one and this was made so much easier for us by access fertility and care at Nottingham.

We had a really good experience with access fertility. The staff are friendly and the process is simple. Our clinic helped with the paperwork and we were accepted for the option we wanted. Thank you also for sending the card and Teddy after the birth of our son, kind gesture. The only negative is the APR% on fertility loans, it’s really high and could put people off. Would recommend Access to Anyone. Thanks!

My husband and I found Access Fertility really helpful in our successful journey to become parents. We found the application process was very easy and convenient. The thing we particularly liked was the availability of a payment plan where you can pay for three cycles up front with a refund option if unsuccessful. I believe that having this in place helped us relax a bit and aided us in making our treatment successful. In these times when it is almost impossible to get funding for fertility treatment on the NHS it gives people the chance to make their dreams of becoming a parent come true.

Our experience with Access Fertility has been nothing but exceptional from the very first moment and every step of the way.
All the staff we have dealt with were friendly and professional and dealt with us with sensitivity and respect.
We were always given the advice, information and support that was right for us which is so important when you are trusting someone with the most important thing.
I am a type 1 diabetic which required additional tests and knowledge and I always felt in the best hands.
Our first treatment was unsuccessful and heart breaking however the doctor spoke with us and set a clear plan for the next treatment tailored to our individual circumstances.
We honestly didn't expect to fall pregnant after the first implementation being unsuccessful so when we saw 2 blue lines appear words can't explain how over the moon we were.
The start of my pregnancy was a little difficult and I bled before my first scan. Access Fertility saw me within the hour and bought my scan forward.
Everything was ok. Our beautiful baby girl arrived in May. All our hopes and dreams became our reality.

If it wasn't for access fertility and all the different packages they have to offer, I would not of been able to do ivf. I found access fertility to be very friendly and professional they answered all my questions and were very quick with getting the ball rolling. Excellent service.

The concept is very welcome in an otherwise hostile field where finance meets a situation so personal. The staff at Access Fertility are really very good - always willing to take the time and talk you through any points of query. We will wait to see if the treatment works but our minds are now at ease because the finance is taken care of before commencing our journey. So far, the only improvement they could make is if they started accepting Amex!

Access Fertility's multi-cycle plan saved us. It was the insurance policy that allowed us to keep trying after an unsucessful pregnancy. The plan eased financial worries by covering a significant part of the costs involved during each cycle and we were blessed with a healthy, beautiful little girl! Without their aid, we might never have achieved our 18-year long dream.

Using access fertility was very straightforward and clear. Everything was explained over the phone and with documents sent for confirmation. I used the refund option which was so reassuring after so many previous failed IVF cycles we knew that we weren't wasting our money if not successful. Also the refund option guaranteed a live birth which other companies abroad do not offer - they only guarantee a successful 12 week scan. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to self fund IVF.

Not always available on the phone, left various messages for a call back with no reply for days, I had to keep to ringing until I got a real person. When I did get a real person, the majority of the time they couldn't deal with my call as the person answering the phone was in training and didn't know what to do. Very frustrating during a time sensitive period. Once through to the right people, very competent & swift service.

Very happy with the help and support we received the staff were very professional and explained every step clearly. We had a much better experience at Bath than we did in Southmead hospital Bristol, Southmead didn't contact us afterword's but it was nice to hear from access fertility and kind of them to send us a teddy bear for our lovely baby girl

The finance package provided by Access Fertility made our experience of IVF much less stressful because we knew that everything for three rounds of treatment was included. Excellent experience right from the initial communication, staff were always very helpful and professional.
We were accepted for the 100% refund programme which offered us 3 rounds of ICSI. After 2 failed rounds on the NHS we thought private treatment was out of our reach, however Access Fertility’s refund programme made this happen without the financial stress which allowed us to focus on the treatment.
We conceived on our second round and now have a beautiful healthy baby girl. We can’t thank Access Fertility enough, we tried for 7 years and without this programme we wouldn’t have our family.
