Very organised and clean store. It is managed very well and it is by far the best Sports Direct store that I have shopped in. Staff are very friendly and customer service is excellent. Till cashiers and quick and efficient and polite. Managers deserve full recognition by their superiors for doing an excellent job. Well done Brixton.

I had a good customer service experience with from the security officer to the main entrance linking me to the main customer service help department, and was leaded to my product in a matter of time which saved me from walking around the shop to locate my product. At the end, it was a great customer service delivery. I wouldn't mind visiting again or recommend them as this one of local shop that still believe on a good successful profiles. Hooray! Please, keep up the good work and thanks to the team that contributed to this successful outcome this evening.

Not many staff to assist you. Then ended up leaving with 2 different pairs of shoes that was given to us in a box. Please check your item before leaving the store, I did not after waiting for a long time. Much regrets. The assistant was polite though.

I went there twice and In both occasions I had a good customer service . I asked some questions on shop floor, staff took me always to the aisle i was looking for ...i returned 1 item out of the date, they kindly exchange the item with no fuss !
So overall I can't complaint at all .

Very good!!! I know this brand since I came in London is very nice, lots item and price are really competitive, you found always something on sale or half price, but the thing that really I appreciated is the Staff!!
Friendly, kind always with smile on the face, honestly if I have to go in 1 "Sports Direct" will be that one in Brixton, believe me!

Just another sports direct selling nothing but rejects. They fail to move with he times and have been trying to sell the same tat for a number of years now. Don't be at all surprised when you get followed move for move by security or another clingon, they have you in there sight before you enter and would rather leave you feeling uncomfortable by stalking you instead of been helpful. AVOID !

I am transgender and never had any problems when I shopping in Brixton , have for the first time on this shop . A a Pakistani or Asia look guy watching me and laughing at me and make comments with a black guy about me . I was so embarrassed! Very rude staff ! I went to Oxford street and was completely different !

What can I say about Sports Direct? Sports Direct is one of the leading brands when it comes to Sports clothing casual clothing sports shoes ladies gentleman's and children wear 2 plus also tennis rackets football balls equipment for every support you may need I was there to actually look for a fleece top and I found something much much better for such a cheap price but I couldn't resist it so I bought it straight away but also I saw children's section which was amazing and I bought a couple of things for my son birthday but it's definitely going to be good for him for the coming spring and summer and colours are simply superb every time I come to Sports Direct there is something different there is different designs different colours and prices are by far the cheapest and the quality is 100-percent quality I've out for it as I have been shopping in Sports Direct for over 12 years. Definitely best sports retailer in the country and in this shop you have so many helpful shop floor assistant who will dedicate their time to you despite all of the work they have to do they will dedicate to you you until you are satisfied. I must say that is a great great benefit of any store to have so many helpful assistance willing to help you and not just show you the product and run away which happens in other stores this is why I like this particular branch of Sports Direct stores. How many stores can you name that you found yourself inside of them and couldn't find quick help for or person to assist you if you specially if you are in a hurry? Well when you come to this store or have no worries because there are plenty of staff very trained very informed about all the sales discount they will even help you find the shade you like and they will not leave your side until you are a happy customer. That's why I keep going back there I give this shop 100 out of 10 they truly deserve it it and and keep up the great work????????????
