Had a great experience buying some running shoes thanks to Marshall on the top floor, he was incredibly helpful in analysing my partner's running form and suggesting the best running shoes for her without being pushy. Highly recommended!

A classic place sorrounding the iconic Piccadilly Circus. Many floors with a quite good variety of sporting goods with important discounts. Do not try to find the ultimate designs from the top brands. It is interested the area dedicated to football teams souveniers.

Speaking of sports equipment, in my city you can found lots of stores but a store like Sports Direct. Here in Piccadilly I often like to take my friends for he has a good thing about what is going on store as there are various types of sports equipment with good rates and special discounts that I personally think it's a very affordable option.

Good value for the money, attractive, unfortunately unprofessional staff. Just had a bad customer service experience. Dont waste your time visiting this branch, go somewhere else. Sportsdirect is my go-to but it is not anymore.

This woman at the till is super rude has no manners what so ever, other people at the store are very helpful and friendly, the action of this woman made me decide never shopping there again

Dreadful service was refused a refund on a pair of Football Boots I purchased last week in store as they didn't fit and they couldn't supply a pair in my size so I now have a store credit for a shop that can't supply my Purchase and have to visit a more reputable store to make the purchase and am £70 out of pocket. I even refused a credit note and they just went ahead and processed anyway then told me it was non reversible! should have just gone to pro direct soccer as normal and received the proper level of service!

They are selling suitcase at very reasonable prices. This place will be helpful for some tourists who have bought too many things like me.

The sales clerk (male) was very helpful except the other sales clerk (female) was being rude and intervened when he assisted us in checking the luggage (American Tourister). This is totally unprofessional sending bad signals to customers.

Some staff exceptionally helpful others haven't a clue. Wanted a bucket fishing hat first member of staff top me they were on back wall when I said they were caps he said the store didnt have them. Other member of staff said they were behind the till and even radioed for me. Lovely lady on till went through bag to help me

I came to spend £100 on a bag and a cricket bat. What I ended up with is a duffel bag which was the only one of its kind and a plank of wood which cannot last a days of cricket. Spend more time to get a better bat

Well stocked, very busy store in Piccadilly Circus. Not much space to move around. Has lots of choice.

Took a friend here waxing lyrical about how great lillywhites is as a one off sports shop and it's turned into a giant sports direct. Very poor all round, if I wanted the same sports clothes or trainers as everyone else I would have shopped locally, not gone all the way up town for it. Poor show sports direct, if its gonna be your flag ship store make it bling not dull and boring.

Where is my order??? I ordered online, paid the next day delivery, and I have been waiting for it for over two days! No contact number neither from Sports Direct nor from the Courier. Only a 'form' which automatically links you to the tracking link. The tracking link they sent me only says 'order dispatched', where is it??? I've been waiting for over two days!

Staff do not want to help you. They hide away from customers turn their backs on them. We sat waiting for a pair of shoes and had to listen to one staff member talking to 3 other staff members about another staff member, not nice things were said. Then when I asked if we could get some help I was given dirty looks for breaking up their little b---- session. Three staff members were asked by myself for a pair of shoes. One of which turned and just started talking to another staff member, when I asked again she not so politely told me that I wasn't the only customer. We took our business elsewhere.

Today we were visiting Sports Direct at Piccadilly to find running shoes and we were amazed by professionalism of Alex. He made all measurements and gave many tips. It was really great experience, thanks Alex!

???? ???? Sports Direct Kilburn refused to accept an immediate return of faulty trainers with receipt and the product in original packaging Reebok Flex Force Sn £36.99. I had already bought a replacement from another shop. They insisted they would only provide me a credit note. I write to Mike Ashley CEO, his customer service team also refused to refund. Please take great care ever shopping at Sports Direct. Kilburn store refused on 5 August 2019 Complaint ref CAS-4610365-L9H3R8

I found what I was looking for (rucksack rain cover). Would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the very small range of outdoorsy stuff.

Good services but I was very confused by it being called 'Lillywhite' despite the name being Sports Direct on google maps (because it is owned by Sports Direct).

I only knew sportsdirect as an Onlineshop. There are no physical in the country I live. I was amazed at the choices offered here. The store has a huge variety of clothing for all kinds of sports you can imagine and the pricing is really affordable. The workers were also really friendly and patient which was nice . I would definitely go back here if I visit London again.

I don't care what they say about the guy who runs it. You have kids who insist on top name brands (Nike Adidas etc) either pay Mr Ashley a third of the JD Sports price or get ripped off.

Been in few Sports Direct stores now and this one have a lot of inventory but very messy store hard to find anything there. Feel this store is just for tourist coming in and buy something they don't need and not really buy what they actually needs. Go to Oxford Street store instead.

They have a huge inventory of sportswear, team paraphernalia and shoes but the ratio of staff to customers is probably 30 to 1, so it's very hard to find anyone to help you.

This store is in an old building over 6 floors with stairs or an extremely busy lift. The stock is all over the place and simply isn't worth the hassle unless you need something urgently

Never known a store with so many staff, with so little interest to help the customer. And even after I'd finally managed to purchase the goods I had to go blac as they'd left on the alarms.
