I love adidas, it’s sporty (thus comfortable) and very stylish as well as very good quality. It’s great for us students as you get 30%- 35% plus 20% off on sale discount too. As to the store, it’s huge and pretty nice. There were some friendly staff too. I tend to go there and explore but buy online.

Shiny new Adidas flagship store on Oxford Street, right across the street from Selfridges.
A good place to see new arrivals, but maybe not the best store if you’re looking for some specific model as they only have a limited range (the women one being the most limited one).
All in all, I was not impressed.

Awful! Staff disinterested, yakking away oblivious to customers. For 10 minutes, not a single one approached me despite me hovering at the shoes display, One star, for the staff member who, after serving his customer, asked if I needed any help. He was really helpful, such a shame he was let down by his indifferent colleagues. For a flagship store, your staff really need to buck up and show an interest in their customers!!

This is where you go for all things Adidas.
Spread over 4 floors, a few minutes walk away from Bond Street Tube station and literally across the road from shopping heaven Selfridges, Adidas' London flagship store has everything you need for you lifestyle looks and sorting needs.
Need new running gear? They've got you covered. Need new football boots? No problem. Just wanna look cool with new clothes in front of your mates? No problem.
The vibe is really stylish too so if you if you just want to wander around, it's a very cool customer experience. There's an underground vibe to it which I love with DJ House music playing.
Nothing bad to say here, just visit and have a browser, it's a good experience.

All I wear is adidas trainers. They have always been so comfortable, even from when I was a child wearing them. Their signature 3 stripes is so iconic on the fashion industry and is so nostalgic.

Went in to look at football shoes. Tried for 20minutes to signal one of the employees to get the correct size for me. One guy said one minute, but i waited another 10minutes and no1 came so I just left. Good selection of clothes and friendly staff at the ground floor, but other employees just seem like they were picked up from the streets, no training, slow and sluggish at what they do. Adidas should train their employees if they want more sales, customers like us will just walk away. The shop was pretty empty when i went so not sure why u wasnt served within 10minutes.

The reason of the 3 stars is because for a flagstore the amount of shoes that they have is very limited. You can find everything online but not in the store that is in heart of London. I am not sure if they do it on purpose in order to push people to online shopping but everytime i go there in order to buy something i leave with empty hands. On the other side the amount of staff that walking around is plenty! That is not bad because they employee people but come on make the store more attractive!

Average, I mean they do have the recent hype items immediately GoT AM4 and Stella McCartney 4Ds. Disappointment was no London exclusives except for the boring three stripe and London print tee, which is generic city print. A far cry from Paris' flagship store that stocked way more city exclusives

This store has gone to garbage. I used to visit this place every few weeks to see what's new and, invariably ended up buying something, because the designs and quality were so good. The ground floor was the place for most stuff - compact, clear, efficient. It made me an Adidas brand-loyal customer. Then they must have spent millions redesigning the store and all they've done is seemingly reduce stock, add a lot of vacant space filled with neon nothingness, and making customers walk further into the store, ie upstairs - wasting precious time forced to listen to 'music' even Kiss FM would consider low-rent. The guys cycling tourists up and down Oxford Street would have done a better job than whatever marketing 'consultants' came up with this shop design. Epic fail, won't waste my time there again anytime soon.

I visited this store early one morning before heading out for the day of sightseeing.
The staff was very helpful and. Ended up purchasing several pieces of workout clothes.
The store itself is concerned about conservation of the earth’s resources and has several examples of plastic usage throughout the store.
I highly recommend!

A big Adidas fan, this place doesn’t disappoint with its design, interactive features and it’s knowledgable staff. I tend to do most of my trainer ordering online due to the size I take, but it’s always a friendly experience.

Friendly staffs. but some staff had mis-understanding about their policty (I'm not sure who was correct) I visted on Thursday for customisation, and staff asked to bring my own stuff. So I bring it my stuff on Friday. but another staff told me that they don't privde the customsation on my stuff. And also online coupon are not availble to use at offline stores. This makes me impossible use my vouchers at offlines stores.

Very disappointing. Wasted journey to London from Hertfordshire. Visited the store today to buy a personalised Celtic FC home and away top for my son. There was no stock, it wasn't even advertised in the store seeing as it has been out for a few weeks. Celtic do not get the credit they deserve .

Store are nice, fresh and new, but is not many items inside. Lack of many products from adidas offer. staff is not interested on the customer. They are very interested in the conversation and the jokes between them. Nobody say hello, nobody ask about my needs.
Inside is a lot of instalation, special zones but there was nobody who could say anything or show something.
I came especially for yeezy shoes, because it was supposed to be the premiere in this store. was told me to wait outside the back of the store, what was not nice.
the store was supposed to focus on the customer.
Lady on cash desk make some mistakes and i waist time for her. Not hear any sorry.
Unfortunately I do not have
good experience.

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I walked into the store and there were 5 workers on the shop floor and a supervisor (I assumed as she had a tablet). One of the workers was serving a customer, the others where in the middle of a conversation about some girl that was in the store earlier. None of these 4 workers acknowledged me even though 3 of them looked right at me as I walked towards them.
I continued to look for some training shoes and was no more than 3/4 metres from the collection of workers who were still discussing the rear end of a young lady who came into the store earlier. While i was searching for training shoes I expected to hear the customary 'can I help you' from one of the workers; it NEVER came. Even when I was standing holding a shoe and clearly stating that I was wondering if it came in my size!! I would recommend customer service training for all staff; different customer service training then they already went through because clearly that training was insufficent!!
I will say that the store has nice floors, which is what there is most of on display in the store... Actual trainers and apparel are few and far between so you'd think that acknowledging customers would be a priority as they may want an item that is not on the shop floor!!

A brand new Adidas flagship store on Oxford Street, opened in October 2019. Four floors with lots of sneakers, clothing, exhibitions from Adidas's history, and lots of very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Lots of nice little touches, inc lots of exclusive London shirts, an area where you can personalise clothing with transfers, and a drinking fountain where you can refill your water bottle.
& Look out for the giant shoes on the bus stops outside - very creative!

This is a while new shopping experience, and I don't really do shops....it's the nuts. The staff were brilliant, the range was impressive, some exclusives, and just nuts new tech.....I never do shop reviews, but was blown away in here....I am partial to Adidas, but new faith for them as a brand
