I order shirt online from this shop, when I received i went to to shop in Piccadilly Circus London to do prints on shirt.Indian man started SHOUT on me!!From where your bought shirt, when, show my receipt.Very rude way. When i show him receipt he started to shout Online is Online is not shop.I explain to him that I order online from this Shop not from another, but still was not happy. Then he call supervisor, and supervisor said is doesn’t matter online or in store. So basically he dont know anything, just professional to SHOUT on customer. The worst experience ever, its was last time i did shopping with this shop. I hope management will do something with this man.You can lost all your customers,if your staff Shouting on customers.

It's a very good place with plenty of choices for sporting goods, you can literally find everything in here and the most unusual thing is even though it's right in the middle of central London based in Piccadilly you would think because of a heavily traffic of tourists the prices would be astronomical however they've kept true to reasonable prices so that is very refreshing to see. However it's literally a nightmare maneuvering around as the shop is based over I think 4 or 5 floors and if you have an issue walking I'm afraid it is quite difficult as the lifts are quite small and being in central London you can imagine the foot traffic and people trying to get ahold of the lift almond thousands of people

Absolutely appalling customer service. Before even getting to the interactions themselves - employees are the only people in Lillywhites not required to wear a face mask. So, the only people you actually have to interact with are the only ones in store not wearing a mask. Staff were shouting at us, rather than just speaking, when we finally got their attention. When we explained my brother just needed a pair of boots for school requirements the employee decided to make fun of him for not being more passionate about football. He continued to shout asking what size he was and we said we didn’t know as it’s his first pair of boots. We asked to use one of the shoe size measure things & they responded that they don’t have any - in a 9 story sports store in central london.. They actually bragged that there’s no sizing equipment in the whole building. We spoke to several members and they all had similar attitudes. Not only did it seem like they weren’t interested in doing anything related to their job, but they didn’t even seem sober. Don’t know what’s going on with this circus but there’s plenty of other sports stores nearby where I’d encourage you to spend your money instead of giving it to these people.

Is a huge store that can at sometimes be chaotic and so buzy that it is not worth the hassle to persevere. However for its.locations the prices are.quite reasonable. The staff is friendly but you need to make the first mouse as they don't come to ask you if f you need any help.

Good layout but less than lilly white recycling policy. Won't even take shoe boxes back. They pile up on the street

Disapointing, a 6 floor shop with very basic items...mostly for the basic use. Poor customer service. More sportswear than real sport stuff. Lots of special offers though.

It's just another Sports Direct super store using the Lillywhites Brand name. They cram as many items into the store as they can. The Lillywhites I used to know had specialist Sports Departments with proper displays. And you can speak to someone who was passionate about the Sport. This store is like shopping in a stacked up warehouse.

My wife and I went to Lillywhite’s yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes. On the 1st floor, there were 5 employees on the floor, only communicating with each other, unless customers found them and asked them a question - which, twice for us and twice for other customers, the answer from the employees was a casual pointed finger and an ‘Over there’ response! Frustrated by the lack of engagement, I wanted to leave, but my wife convinced me to take a look up on the sixth floor before we gave up on Lillywhite’s forever. I’m glad we did! On the sixth floor, we were greeted by an exceptional employee whose was one of the most knowledgeable employees I’ve ever met in any retail store! His name is Silviu. If you want to know about the best running shoe for your particular style or you have problems w pronation, for instance, and you don’t want to waste your time trying on 15 pairs of shoes before guessing which to buy; find Silviu and he will take care of you straight away! My wife and I have over 50 years of combined experience in Retail, so we know exceptional service and employee engagement when we see it. If Lillywhite’s senior management had any sense at all, they should immediately promote Silviu to a position where he is in charge of all training customer facing employees.

Avoid outdoor section! There was no staff who can help. One lady was running in and out with a look at her face get out of here. I never had experienced such unwelcome atmosphere anywhere in the world.

Freaking awesome! 6 floors of sporting goods and equipment. Jerseys, kits, footwear, balls, gym wear ... Was only able to do a run through of the football section on the 2nd Floor. Would need a whole day to explore. Definitely visiting again. Wow!

A nice sports store for English sports, English teams, and general sports clothing brands like Adidas and Puma. Was disappointed by their limited NFL selection of teams - they only had Giants, Patriots, Raiders, Eagles, Steelers, Jaguars, Vikings, and Packers; no Cowboys. But it's England, so I'll let them slide. I was lucky to go there during a sale - got myself a Manchester United (I like the team) scarf and mug for a good price.

This is a sports direct store under the lillywhites brand. But it is a very big store!! There are plenty of different clothing and shoes for all kinds of sports. The majority staff are very good as well. Would recommend.

This is why I buy online! I received a pair of shoes online as a gift and wanted to go in to exchange them. First I tried to phone ahead, but no luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone. When I went in store, apart from trying a long time to get anyone in the shoe department to help me, the staff appeared incredibly disinterested in being there, highly dismissive of customers and pretty rude. I'll stay online next time!

It may have a large stock of items but I’m always incredibly suspicious about the quality of the products here, and being owned by Mike Ashley doesn’t help its image as being exploitative and cheap in every negative sense you can imagine. Might be good for socks, but I wouldn’t shop here for any sports specific piece of gear - whether that be footwear, apparel, or piece of training equipment. The staff aren’t likely to be paid the London Living Wage, being employed by that Geordie.

Avoid at any cost. Cheap but very low quality products that fall apart after a few days. Refund only if product is in a sellable condition and then only against a credit line - you will never see your cash again.

You can't miss this outlet if you are stopping at Piccadilly via the tube. Great location as you will definitely see the big Lillywhites sign as you exit the station. There is a lot of collection, full range from running to football to rugby and hiking, etc. Lots of team jerseys available. The running shoes selection from various brands are great way to start touring the store, as it is located on the ground floor. Also plenty of choices for kids as well.

Large, cheap, better and excellent location. Perhaps one stop destination for all sports needs in London. Store is so huge that you'd have almost all possible options of sports shopping. Staff are not very attentive but they're good when you approach them. Prices are always touch lesser than other high street shops. Though it's a subsidiary of Sportsdirect, it stands out for the excellent location and the infrastructure. I've been here to buy my cricket stuffs and never disappointed with the stock and also the price.

The clothes and prices are good but the staff are so unfriendly. One girl literally wagged her finger to tell me which way to go towards the changing rooms rather than speaking. At least the girl at the till spoke but was still very unfriendly. She did not smile once. If you don't like working retail, get another job where you don't have to interact with the public. I don't know if it's something in the air or if their managers have told them to be like that but it's not a nice thing to walk into. First and last time in that shop.

Great value shoes but the staff seem to hate their job, hate themselves and hate their customers with a dedication to being unhelpful in the most creative and nonchalantly cool ways possible, given their limited opportunities for amusement. When you are browsing around looking at stuff, they’ll be all over you, when you actually need some help they stand off with an absent, aloof look in their eyes. It’s all just for kicks really. God bless ‘em!

Lots of options and generally good prices, but the customer service is horrible. I tried to buy shoes a few times, but it was impossible to find someone to give me the right size. I also bought my first tennis racket from there following the advise of an assistant. A few months later I realised that grip size, head size material was wrong for me.

Staff are rude and act like they're royalty because they work in Piccadilly; it's just a Sports Direct! There is a no-refund policy.. so if it's not quite the right thing you're looking for there's no way to get your money back. Good for cheap items like £2 but better to spend your cash elsewhere if you're buying a high value product - just for the peace of mind that you won't be stuck with it or out of pocket. Can't recommend.

Very large selection of items, great location and easy to find being right on the corner. The staff at times can get rude and other times are very nice. My main complaint about this place is the numbers on the football jersey, it is very poor quality and make sure you take a look at some examples before buying one.

The worst customer service I've has the misfortune of experiencing. Trying to buy shoes you need to wait around 20 minutes for surly staff to return with your requested size. If they return! Then a other staff member refused to serve us. And a final told us off. I walked out without spending a penny.

Mostly good prices for sports gear and clothes. Alway packed with tons of tourists looking for cheap stuff. Only annoying thing is the security personal scanning everybody inside the shop as a possible threat. But they're just doing their job. Worth a visit if you're in London.
