I then had to repeat the size 3 times cos she couldn't stop laughing. Wouldn't go near this store. You are better off visiting the other branch near to Top Shop.

Extremely disappointing allegedly operating a one in one out policy, however the store was plainly vastly overcrowded pretty unpleasant experience, most things seem heavily overpriced in comparison to other branches of JD Sports, in future personally I will use another branch JD Sports that is not in the West End

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS. Ordered goods that never arrived. When to get a refund. A Muppet tried to talk down to me. Gave me a refund but wouldn't refund the delivery charge and refused to give her name. No point using JD Sport,AGAIN.

Large multi storey JD sports branch right outside Bond Street station, in the shopping mall. Staff do not let you try on both feet if you ask for trainers. Otherwise well-lit and spacious. Didn’t really look at anything besides Nike trainers on this occasion so not in a position to comment on anything else.

I would give zero stars if I could. I do understand it's a big and busy store but a mess, incompetent and rude staff was too much for me in addition to 30min waiting time for my trainers to arrive. I'm not suggesting tests for intelligence to be a part of recruitment process but how about a test for common sense.

Service for mens is a joke. 1 person serving 20 odd people 80mins to wait for some trainers as the lady serving sent them back twice by mistake. When new trainers come out they are put on the same pile that is currently being worked through. Very inefficient way to serve customers. JDsports still working in the 1990s

Bad service, i mean reaaally bad service. Don't expect any customer service over there, I waited almost 30min to get a pair of shoes and after all the sales assistant shouted at me from the other side of the room to pick the shoe if I wanted to try.
