As always, I had a fantastic experience at the Covent Oakley store. I went there looking for new eyeglasses and sunglasses. I've been wearing prescription sunglasses since last year and went in to look for my 2nd pair. The team is lovely and always thwre to help. Cedric was fantastic as usually. He always impress me with his knowledge, attention to detail and customer care. He is highly experienced and and always listen to the customer needs to ensure he offers the best service. Thank you once again for all the help.

I wanted to update my Oakleys so made a pilgrimage to the Covent Garden store to be sure of seeing all the combinations of lenses and frames that are available and getting correct information about them all. It was good to talk to knowledgeable staff and feel confident when I made the purchase that I had bought the right items. I was a bit tired and had probably overgoogled frames and lenses so it was great that I was able to take the time I needed to make the right choices. Thank you Callum.

Poor customer service. Rang the store with regards to the ordering of replacement sunglass lenses which they had no stock of. The sales staff I spoke to were dismissive and short off, however took my details down, promising to ring me back with information on how these can be ordered which felt like a ploy to get me off the phone. Days later, I have yet to hear from the store. Disappointing to say the least - you would expect under the current economic situation here in the UK that a reputable company such as Oakley would be working extra hard to offer excellent customer service - they unfortunately have let themselves down on this occasion. I believe that additional staff training at their Covent Garden store is required.

Oakley are a class company and they are 2nd to no one on customer service . This is an impressive store with a great selection of Sunglasses , Ski Glasses , Street wear …. The Sunglasses are awesome and when I had a small problem it was chance they took to show me how stylish they are as a company …. truly wonderful and 5star all the way for me 1 million % recommend them

Been to the store twice recently and bought 2 pairs of sunglasses, one Oakley and one ray ban. Shop wasn’t busy at all so employees had time to spend with us. They were all wearing face masks and sanitizing the sunglasses before and after. Good customer service. Nice people, nice shop.

I had a fantastic experience at the Covent garden pair. I went in looking for new eyeglasses. I've been wearing Oakley prescription glasses for a long time and went in to look for my 3rd pair. First of all I must say how fantastic Cedric was. His knowledge, experience, attention to detail and customer care were absolutely first class. He took a long time focusing on me and giving the kind of experience as a consumer I have not experienced in a very long time. I left with with a great deal of insight into the products and to take some time to think about which of the 2 frames I prefer - and some selfies to ask a few friends which of the 2 they prefer and will be back this week to make my purchase. Oakley, you have a prize employee in Cedric and a lifelong customer at this location.

Great customer service! This store itself have a good selection of products along with Ray-Ban. Friendly staff and felt at ease, they offered to fix and apply the ear socks for my glasses. Janet was great, thank you! This extends to the customer service support via their website who had sent me the particular replacement socks that weren't available. 1 happy customer!

Amazing Customer Service from Janet & Cedric. I have bought a few pairs of Oakley prescription glasses from the Covent Garden store in London. The service and advice that I have received from Janet and Cedric has been absolutely amazing. They have no customer service; many employees were standing around not being helpful when customers were wandering clearly looking for help. I went to Oakley specifically for their XS line since I have a smaller head and asked for help with color selection since they only had two on the shelf. Instead of looking online or checking their catalog or showing me color options somewhere in a catalog they have the young woman said, "That's all we have" and walked away. Hello? I just walked in there with my eye exam RX so I could get my glasses and was ready to purchase but the customer service was terrible. How could they have such useless employees working there? If they have an optician on the second floor they should send customers upstairs to get help not ignore them or say they can't help. Really disappointing. Manager of this location needs to step up. The store also sells RayBan and half the store has RayBan sunglasses which was confusing in an Oakley store but apparently Oakley was bought out by an Italian company which is why RayBan has half occupancy in goods. Will be interesting to see what changes occur in the future with the buyout.

Good store and even better customer service. Was the first customer through the door that day, and was allowed to go up to the prescription glasses section upstairs despite it being closed off. Was then attended to by Cedric who did a fantastic job showing me various frames both on display and stored at the back. I'm pretty slow to pull the trigger on most purchases, so after a couple of hours of trying a million frames, managed to get the right one that fit me in terms of size and shape. Finally got my Oakleys. Chuffed to bits..

Was travelling from India and went to buy a pair of prescription Oakley Golf Sun Glasses and all the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Cedric in the prescription glasses area, who did an amazing job in helping me find the perfect Golf glasses for me. It is one of the best customer services that I have yet experienced. He was so knowledgeable that it made me feel so comfortable that I was buying the perfect pair specially as my prescription had a progressive number and I wanted to be sure I had the right glasses. Cedric is a great asset to the store. I would definitely recommend to come here if you’re interested in an Oakley product.

Lovely place and you could get anything as long as it's related to Oakley (Well some Ray Ban stuff too). I wanted to get a Photochromic lens while I was in the UK. I went there and the staff was friendly, the staff that served us was kind, understandable and helpful. The price from there is just like any other Oakley store... Many products still pricey as always but after all it is Oakley! My nose piece also broke and I asked how much was the new one but instead they gave me one big and one small one for free. Great place!

Went to oakley to customise 2 pairs of Holbrooks and what a disappointment dident have no holbrook frames that i wanted when i went to walk out then they magically found 2 frames a gray smoke frame and a camo frame was told by the staff member i was lucky they had the lenses i wanted Picked my o's paid walked out couldent wear a pair being London it was cloudy so when I got home and looking at got them out the bag to put them in my collection thats the gray smoke frame arms was scratched and on closer inspection the arms are wobbly which souldent happen on a new pair of glasses so i think they sold me second hand frames i spent £289 im so im going back to get a full refund and going to find the the nearest Sunglasses Hut and the glasses dident even come in boxes since ray ban brought oakley okakley has gone down hill

I recently stopped into the Oakley Covent Garden Store to see what new items they had. I wanted to look at prescription eyewear in particular. When I went upstairs I was greeted by Cedric. He was by far the most knowledgable individual I have met across the Oakley Globe! He knew what frames matched my facial structure and recommended options that I hadn't considered. He also explained the difference in lens design over other types. All in all, I can't say enough about my experience and happiness. If you are in London and need to buy some O-wear, then head over to Oakley Covent Garden. BJ.

I went to this store today looking for a specific pair of goggles, but found out it was last season's and they didn't have them in stock. The guy that served me first just said "Sorry, can't help", but then I spoke to a lady that was a lot more helpful. She phoned head office, who suggested a third party website, certified by Oakley, that had them. Today I walked out without shopping, but left with a really good impression with the customer service I received and am very likely to go there again. The five stars go the lovely lady that served me and my friend. After all they are not just selling what's in their store, they are representing a brand.

Very disappointing customer experience. I went here looking for goggles. After finally finding someone to help, the products were poorly merchandised (surely a flagship shop would at least show the names of the goggle frames) and no stock meant I left disappointed and frustrated. You are better finding one of a the nearby sport specialists rather to Oakley.

Their collection of sport sunglasses for use when running and cycling is excellent. I often see Oakley's upheld as a model brand which athletes use so i would recommend dropping by here if you're looking for a premium pair of shades.

I took my beloved Titanium "Judge" watch in to have a strap link repaired thinking it would be repaired on the spot being such a small job but it had to be sent away to Holland. I heard nothing for 11 days so I thought I'd better contact them and was then told that I should be expecting a call from customer services to go through whether or not I am happy to pay for the repair to be done. I am currently waiting for the call. I am appalled at the fact that money was even brought into the conversation and at the end of the conversation the sales guy said "Good luck" almost as if he had washed his hands of the situation. I am clutching at the straw that they will still repair my watch for nothing but we shall wait and see. Right now my opinion of the whole Oakley brand is tainted
