Great lululemon store. I actually booked in to the suite for some personal styling advice. I came away with a couple brilliant outfits that are smart, but that I can do lunges and squats in. I just love lulu clothing!

This lululemon takes flagship to the next level. Beautiful and spacious with plenty of associates eager to assist you in the hunt for expensive clothing. Which I bought. Because I am easily manipulated and this clothing is so nice.

Good customer service and freat store ambience. The only thing is about their sizing. If you are a UK 14 go for US 8 and not 10 as they mentin their chart.

I've bought a lot of things there yesterday and one of the tops was too big. But today I found those tops cost a bit more and I CANNOT CHANGE it because they've called it a "final sale"!!! They didn't say yesterday that I won't be able to change or refund it! So they still have them but I cannot change the size!????? Really??? I used to spend too much in lululemon ???? regret ????????????

Great store with awesome sportive clothes. Very nice and kind staff. All employees are very helpful. Cool ideas at the wardrobe with names and pieces and the service. Also possibility for using the restrooms. You could also get a coffee and water.

One staff member introduced himself by name and pointed out his colleagues and stepped back . Excellent customer service as always . If you are a fan too , there is one in Westfield's , shepherd's Bush .

Changing rooms are back! I was so excited to discover it on Monday and be able to try on and choose a perfect In Alignement bra. Fingers crossed Align cycling shorts will be back in stock in my size soon. Customer service is exceptional as always. Love this brand and love this store!

Very very bad customer experience. I bought the clothes during lockdown which they don’t allow fitting service. I went back to exchange the cloth. The worker is very rude who claim she is a manager in the shop which I doubt it. That they don’t normally offer exchange or refund service on sale item. I thought it is against customer right and law to let people change their mind. I understand if I buy it from street market not on this big brand that they don’t offer exchange service for sale item.

I love this store. The store has changed upstairs since the last time I was here. I wish they had more variety for men at this location. My all time favorite location was in Edinburgh because they had a lot more to offer me. Overall I love this store.

The European flagship of this Canadian fitness brand is also the biggest branch in the UK. A big range of their usual clothing plus some limited edition 'lab' experimental pieces. The clothing is great quality - expensive but built to last. I bought a workout top from their first shop in London 8 years ago and it's still going strong. The changing room experience is excellent - make sure you try before you buy.

Terrible customer service. Imagine paying £100 for shorts wanting to return completely unworn and untouched but missing the return date by 1 day due to work. Shocking. Will definitely never use again. Plenty of other BETTER shops.

HOOD PAGES
Love their activewear and this is the largest store in London. It even comes with a cafe and yoga studio space. The brand delivers lovely designs combined with functionality. Service is always fantastic too! Side note, the products can be pricey, but the quality is very good and generally last for ages.

2nd time in a week I’ve been in the store and walked out due to poor customer service. In men’s on 10/09 at 18:55 pm 3 employees (2m/1f) on floor all talking to each other. I was the only one there and not one offer assistance. I went into fitting area - no one working. I walked out. Shop elsewhere if you want a tru lululemon experience.

Beautiful flagship store, make you sure you visit the Neat cafe on the first floor. The men's range is sometimes disappointing, since you're expecting a full range available at the flagship store... especially compared to the online store where the full range is available!

The quality promise is real. I had a small tear at the sleeve button of one of my raincoats which I have already owned for 1-2 years and went to the store expecting to get a stitch job at best or even glue. Instead I walked away with a brand new raincoat free of charge. I almost feel guilty about it, but hats off to Lulu for the unbelievable service level.
