Great prices BUT the most awful customer service imaginable. The staff are unfailingly rude and discourteous and very grudgingly serve you. If you want a size that is not on the shelves you have to wait ages patiently queuing and then they will be grumpy getting the shoes. Even when you buy over £100 worth of stuff you get no politeness in return. The guy who seems to be the manager is just an ill-mannered brute who does not know how to speak properly, much less with any resemblance of civility. We go there regularly for our family shoes because we live close by and because the prices are the best but each time we leave the shop, with a bundle of boxes, we vow never to return. Try a different branch and only go there if you are prepared for this sort of treatment.

mygrilfriend and I went to this branch (which is located on oldkent road) to change my classic reebook shoes because of stiches came out on my shoes. I have used it just 18days. We explained to the branch manager exactly what happened to the shoes. In the beginning he didn’t accept that the problem is not about manufacturing (maybe he was right) but finally he accepted to change with new classic reebok. He was so kind and friendly also was understanding. Thank you so much. It’s my favourite branch. Also we bought all our sports accessories from this branch...

There was a terrible lack of sales people on the store floor but after waiting approximately 15 minutes a guy came out of the store room door and he was very helpful. If fact the two pairs of safety boots I picked were not in stocks but he brought me a pair that were in stock and once I tried the right foot on I decided to buy them and I thanked him for saving me more time wandering around trying to find a pair of boots and then hoping to find someone to serve me.
As I was making my way to the till I turned the corner to the shoe area and there were two female members of staff chatting away oblivious that people were waiting to be served..

They don't value repeat business.
Not great. They hide their addidas shoes so it looks like there are stripes on them. You can't try the shoes on though so you get home and find out their are no stripes on one side. If you try and return them they have a no returns policy. The best thing you can do is not to buy from here, or sports direct. Just go on Amazon or Ebay and you'd get a refund. Let the high streets die.
If they'd have given me a refund i'd consider shopping here again or buying other things. Sadly they don't value this though so i'll not come here again. They'll just lose more sales to online.

The customer service in this place is a joke. When I arrived there was another customer waiting to be served at a till, a member of staff was shouting to other staff members in the store to serve the customer and they completely ignored her and continued talking and joking among themselves. Other than that, staff were shouting expletives at each other and saying how music was haram - not the kind of thing you want to here. Staff here are generally kids, but a key component of their role is to provide good customer service and to at the very least present themselves in a professional manner. I'm not sure if a manager or supervisor was in the store and if there was then this store needs to replace many of its staff members asap.

Nice shop on two floors, located next to few shops more with many sales and offers. Never seen extremely packed, so should be fine getting there anytime. The only thing I didn't quite like was the staff: part of them seemed not caring about the line of customers waiting for them helping and I found things bit slow, expecially because I needed to try shoes. I hope it will improve.

It´s not only that the staff treats you like cattle and is quite rude. They are also extremely unhelpful. I politely asked whether they had basketball trainers, and without even being replied to, the shop assistant took a few steps and pointed towards a wall full of shoes, none of which was a basketball trainer.

Went to purchave tennis records and saw empty cases that I wanted to purchase. There were a few empty cases to get told they're not for purchase unless you buy the actual records for them. If the cases are empty where are the records then. Asked manager with specs if I could purchase case she was rude and unhelpful. Don't waste money here go to decathlon, more helpful staff and more in stock

As someone who has worked in retail for over 10 years this store obviously doesn't value customers. The customer service was absolutely poor, and the guys on the floor would rather talk to each other than assist customer.
When you finally have to bother staff (I say bother because when asking for a product you will get brushed off in the general direction) before you've even explained what you were looking for you get directed to a general area. I walked into the store around 11:30am and pretty much knew what I wanted but I couldn't locate everything I needed.
The general feeling as you browse the store is they assume you are going to steal which for me was confirmed when I asked the associate behind the counter for help finding something at the exact moment the security guard was describing me over the walkie talkie which was quite offensive being that I'd only been in the store 5 minutes. (And yes FIVE whole minutes had passed with no contact. Not an exaggeration)
One thing I'm sure off is that I will never set foot in this store and if I do decide to shop with the company again I'll have to chance sizes with the online service.
I DO NOT recommend shopping here. Avoid at all cost!!!

This place has lots of clothes and shoes ...with tiny selection of specialist sports stuff which is odd given its size and website product list. Still u can click and collect in store if ur organised enough. Staff not so interested in customers but I have met worse.

If you expect less than zero service, you'll still end up disappointed at the lack of service.
Lazy staff who don't know their stock, don't bother answering questions and spend more time staring vacantly into space than actually, well you know, working.

Es un buen sitio al que ir a comprar, lastima que el personal de la tienda no es atenta ,ni saludan ni se despiden y mucho menos dan las gracias por tu visita ni contesta cuando agradeces o te despides... Solo voy por que es el más cercano a mi casa ... Aunque no me importaría ir al otro que está a 15 minutos por un trato mejor...
