I was in the shop for about 15 minutes, visibly looking for shorts that I wanted to buy. Not one member of staff asked if I needed assistance - I saw some doing their hair in the long mirrors. I am a big fan of lululemon and it’s products but not a good retail experience.

Terrible customer service. Imagine paying £100 for shorts wanting to return completely unworn and untouched but missing the return date by 1 day due to work. Shocking. Will definitely never use again. Plenty of other BETTER shops.

I was in to exchange a faulty item for my girlfriend, which was undertaken with minimal fuss, albeit not a smile or word of apology. We’re big fans of lululemon and in the past service at the long acre store has always been on point. No longer it would seem.

You cannot fault the quality of the clothes in Lululemon, great technical fabrics in interesting colours make this worth the trip if you want to luxe up your athleisure wear and gym kit then this the place. However the price tags reflect this. Major plus point is the friendly staff who are super welcoming.

Went recently to this store for new gear. Very nice range of attire for men and women. Also a good range of post workout gear for men and useful yoga accessories. Friendly service and very helpful staff with great positive attitude. Sometimes hard to find sizes so may be worth calling beforehand if you know what you want and have them source the item and put aside, which they will do. Very good service.

Came to this store and asked for a pair of pads for the sports bra (they forgot to give to me when I bought it).
Been told that need to bring the receipt and/or product to get the pads.
Because “everyone could come in and ask for the pads”.

Really really shocked as a Canadian who bought Lululemon over 8 years (from Vancouver).
Never happened like this in Canada.
If I still have the receipts I’d return the item.
WILL NEVER COME BACK TO LULULEMON UK.
Way more better options and brands for sportswear!

I bought a crossed-back bra 1 year ago and it has worn really well. It is super comfy for yoga/light training and always receives compliments!
I've also bought shorts from Lululemon and can recommend these too.

So happy to finally have a full-blown Lululemon shop in London! Great selection, great (and super helpful) staff, and a really good vibe. A beautiful, urban, vibrant design makes it so fun to shop -- you could get lost shopping in there for hours! As always, the clothes have an amazing fit and truly stand the test of time. I still wear Lululemon trousers I bought in 2005! A lovely touch as well to have a live yogi in the window - making yoga accessible to passers-by on the street. Love this place. Highly recommend!

Love the brand but can't stand the fact it's so expensive in the UK compared to the US and Australia. It's good quality but there are many brands of the same quality and half the price... the store itself is beautiful though and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

When asked why he decided to call his brand Lululemon allegedly the founder remarked 'Have you ever heard a Japanese person try to say Lululemon'. Whilst this is obviously racist and deplorable it shares a commonality with the equally innacessable prices in this store. Whilst the store itself is impressive and marshalled by attractive looking athletic types expect to pay £70 and upwards for a pair of nylon shorts.

The three stars rating here is only to compare this branch of the growing Canadian yoga brand to other iterations I've visited over the years. Lululemon, for the uninitiated, is basically a luxury yoga brand, with high prices justified by the premium build quality and exclusive materials of the apparel, and the supposedly ethical supply chain that the business utilises. The clothes are all excellent - not just for yoga but also for exercise and daily wear. The clothes are incredibly comfortable and a huge amount of attention goes into the little details, like thumb-hooks on sleeves when you need them, and discrete zippered pockets for phones and keys. You won't find prominent branding or bold patterns here - all the design goes into substance rather than style, but there are some tasteful flourishes on some of the garments.
If you're familiar with Lululemon then the King Street branch is much better than this one, with a better layout, more space and less casual browsing tourists pointing at the price tags (as is the case for much of Covent Garden, really).

The worst customer service ever??? Withheld my money without delivering an item.
The company charged me for 3 items - but only delivered 2. They didn't bother to tell me that - I had to phone them up. When I did, it turned out they run out of that size but couldn't just send me another colour in the same size. First they had to drop some odd pay-pal pre-authorisation and then wanted to start processing a new order. Then they explained that unless I work with them through the "pre authorisation drop" - Lululemon and/or Paypal will withhold my cash for 30 Days. As they actually are not delivering a product - that 30 day withhold feels distinctly like taking my money for 30 days against my will for no good reason. I'm sure they have it covered by Terms of Use but it feels totally disgraceful and incompetent. How hard is it to deliver a T-shirt - in any colour? An honest company would have dealt with the refund immediately on discovery that they are out of stock rather than wait for me to call.
