I've only ever experienced good things from the staff in Tricker's. The shoes themselves are impeccable - I've owned four pairs of Tricker's now. Perfect for those who want comfy, hard wearing boots with a distinctively British styling.

Tricker’s are known for their heavy country Brogues and boots. In that category they are without equal. One can tell they are built to last for a very long time. Should the sole need replacing, one can send them to their Northampton factory. It currently costs £150, I believe. What is interesting are the options one has: there are rubber soles in various colours and if one wants the pull tab on a boot to have a different colour to match the sole, then that’s also possible. And not to forget: everything is made in Northampton. Nothing is sent abroad as with some other brands. What needs to be considered is the cost per wear. There are cheaper shoes, but how long do they last? Can they be repaired and if so, on the original last? In the end it’s better to get a pair of Tricker’s :)

Popped in to try a few pairs of the country boots. Received first class service and advice on what was a very busy day in the sales. They didn't have the style I wanted in stock on the day so I ordered from the website. Beautiful boots.

My wife and I visited the shop on Wednesday 9th January 2019. We were attended to by Eamonn who was absolutely wonderful! I purchased a pair of Stow boots which are absolutely amazing. First class service with a first class product.

When that proved not possible they exchanged boots for a pair that was not on sale for no extra. Cannot rate then higher but would if I could

Time honoured tradion of shoe making is the sole passion of Trickers staff and it shows in the quality and comfort of their products. Been a fan of Trickers since 1978 and never been let down yet. Quality is the keyword here but be prepared for the investment as it does not come cheap. Marvellous.

Je me suis fait faire une paire de Ghillies en veau velours il y a quelques années. Bien que la demande soit parfaitement inusuelle pour reprendre la terminologie choisie par le patron du magasin , tout a été fait dans les règles de l'art.
Le magasin a su garder cet esprit bottier et il sent bon les peaux.
C'est un bel endroit à venir découvrir même si vous ne cherchez pas du sur mesure.
