I went to Crockett & Jones as it was recommended by a friend who mentioned he moved from all makes to only buying here. And I must admit I have done the same. The shoes are beautiful (specially their slippers which I find great), confortable, and last. Add a topy sole and they last forever. Salespeople are also nice and caring.

I'm a little bit biased as I now only wear Crockett and Jones shoes. They offer a fantastic range of classic styles that are constantly refreshed and given a modern treatment. Irrespective of how formal a pair of shoes might look, it will always be supremely comfortable as they are made for walking as well as looking good. Staff in both Jermyn Street shops are very attentive and knowledgeable about their subject.

I think Crockett and Jones shoes can speak for themselves, what I can speak for - is their customer service.
Had a stitching damaged on one of my shoes, after contacting support I had to exchange few emails, went to the store, quick expertise from Christopher (store manager) and replacement shoes were in my bag within 5 minutes, everything hassle free.
That's an outstanding service, up to the reputation of the company. Thank you.

What a lovely store especially if you appreciate well-made shoes both for men and women but it would be remiss of me not to point out the vast majority of the shoes and boots are for men. Even if you are not thinking of a purchase the store is worth a visit to admire the quality of the leather used and the workmanship that goes into producing such fine quality workmanship. The store also has a really nice smell, that lovely aroma of new leather. I found the staff to be friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. A must visit for lovers of shoes.

I have wanted to buy shoes from here for a long time, finally I have treated myself to a pair. This is the first original store of Crockett and Jones so it the reason why I chose to visit. The team offer great customer service and knowledge, very enjoyable shopping experience with attentive staff. An easy 5 stars. Special thanks to Matt at this store.

Not the best shoe repair service. It took about 2 weeks longer than promised. The staff misinformed about the initial shipment date, for me to learn a week later that the parcel hasn't even left their store! 12 weeks, £115 and 4 phone calls latter - I might finally get the shoes back.
