Usually I don't leave review at all but not this time.
Avoid this place, they are interested only in your money !!!
My daughter had referral from other private clinic to see specialist doctor urgently.
We have booked appointment at London medical so specialist doctor could check her,
a day before appointment London medical receptionist called us and offered zoom call !!!
We have sent to receptionist all tests results and paperwork from other clinics and hospitals so doctor could look at it.
Obviously doctor did not looked at it before zoom meeting, he not even read properly afterwards !!!

I am putting in a review for my son who travelled to The Netherlands last week. He used the pop up boot at Eurostar. Thank you Eurostar for putting up this facility . The result came promptly back the following afternoon.

They take 300£ to seat on chair to listen the doctor about the diabetic type 1 he explains to us , I was expecting from Professor Greene to check my pomp and he doesn’t, to show us how is works and everything,,, I was asking a simple latter from him and he writes about my self I am anxiety but it is not true,,,, I want for my son the best care that’s why I been even private to speed 300£ and tell me the story about the diabetic... I can go on you tube and I can check even there about the diabetic type 1 ... I have a lots of problems he should stay on my side and encourage me with positive words and not negatives .... I will not recommend this clinic they’re only takes money and doesn’t care for health . Shame .

Astonishingly poor. The doctor I saw was preoccupied far, far more with my money than with my care. After telling me there was a ‘real possibility’ my symptoms could be signs of a rare form of cancer, she disappeared into the ether. I could not get in touch with her about my test results for nearly a month, nor did she at any point demonstrate some of the sensitivity you might wish for from a doctor. Reception was utterly useless as well. Messages went unanswered and calls unreturned for weeks. My partner and I were so disappointed. Neither of us would ever consider returning to this place. A horrible, thoroughly unprofessional experience.

As an American, I am used to excellent medical care, but Dr Mahantesh Karoshi surpassed anything I have experienced. He took the time to explain why things hadn't gone as well as we had hoped and explained other options. His obvious goal was to find the best solution for me, even at his own expense. His kindness and unusual generosity will not be forgotten!

A big thank you to Pia and Tatiana for making bearable a very long (4-hour) visit with unexpected treatment. They were concerned, friendly and interested and helped put my mind at ease. This is a modern, well-equipped facility and it's easy enough to get to; I recommend it.

What an amazing group of professionals! I have been to many private clinics in London and I can honestly say the team at the London medical Centre made my visit a very pleasant one, from Yuska and Julliana on reception who were brilliant and walked me through the whole process with knowledge and confidence.
They even made me smile when I was paying the bill which is rare!
Fatima did all my tests and was just amazing! Made me feel calm with such a great personality!
Girlie was also amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, just great people with a great attitude and to think when I walked in I was so nervous and after was really happy.
Thanks so much guys! 5 stars ⭐️

Professor O'Brart and Tatiana made eye care and treatment at this clinic a very fast and efficient service, l cannot rate their service and professionalism high enough on here, l was thoroughly briefed, scanned, checked checked again, Lasered checked and briefed.
The next day l was back to better than 20/20 vision. Good clinic facilities with happy smiling staff, it was a pleasure listening to the banter as it had everyone in good spirits.

I was really worried about my visit however I needn't have - the staff at London Medical were so kind, polite, warm and professional. It felt like I was walking into a first class lounge, they treated me with so much care and attention. I really can't recommend them enough.
