Amazing service, the specialists are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help and the admin team are always happy to assist you. The associated pharmacy, CBPM, is fantastic and ships off items very quickly. If your strain or oil is in stock they will mail it to you the next working day, providing you pay before 2pm. Highly recommended.

Sapphire have been extremely helpful from the first contact all the way through to receiving my first prescription. CBPM Access, the pharmacy they use, is also extremely great with their customer service. If this is a route you find yourself going down then Sapphire Medical Clinics should be your first choice!

Prior to being treated by the Sapphire clinic I was having up to 15 seizures a day back to back, I was admitted to intensive care often, induced in to coma's, suffered a magnitude of head injuries including a brain haemorrhage and I failed to be prescribed an anti convulsive medication after 5 years of trying many! I truly wished I was dead each and every day! I have been under Dr Weatherall at the Sapphire clinic for less than 6 months now and I have had around three 30 second seizures so far in 2021! They have given me a second chance at life it just disgusts me how so many people are suffering and dying unnecessarily due to the NHS who are clearly outdated and seemingly generally desensitized. Thank you Sapphire clinic you have literally saved my life!!!!!! ❤????????

After months of research and looking at the various clinics I decided to go with The Sapphire Clinic and I’m extremely happy I did. The whole process was a breeze, Judith and Suzy were responsive and extremely helpful even when I had to change my address it was done with no delay. I had my appointment with Dr Mohammed Sajad he took the time to answer all my boyfriends and I’s questions and I felt listened to and understood about why I was wanting this treatment. He explained everything perfectly and clearly and was very honest in his answers. It only took five days from my appointment to the medication being delivered, considering it had to be reviewed by a panel, prescribed, admin issues and a third party pharmacy shows how well this clinic is run. I don’t often use the word perfect, but that is what my experience has been, even the pharmacy provided the high level of communication that this clinic offers. I went into this feeling incredibly anxious and worried, but now I have no concerns and looking forward to seeing if the treatment works for me. If you are looking for a clinic I can’t recommend this one enough, you won’t be disappointed! I would also recommend booking your initial consultation on a Friday, if the consultant thinks you are a candidate they will refer you to a panel which only meets on a Monday.

Best thing iv Eva done wish tried this 10yrs years ago for pain I have C,R,P,S in my foot from car crash, legs, foot, hip, arm face all have metal in having canabis I believe has saved my life as I was in place of feeling like didn't want to live anymore. I took 70mls morphine and 55mgh patch a day didn't help just become physically addicted to chemist and without it I was very sick. Since having canabis my pain has gone from 100% to 0% some days depending on what I do. Where before it was 100% 24/7 for very long time. Without this medicine I wouldn't want to live anymore and anyone with crps or chronic pain will understand that. I believe now I can start my recovery from my car crash that happened in 2013. I'm not free from all pain killers yet but I do plan on detoxing from all ones that will short my life. Just for today I want to live again, also I don't want my foot cut off anymore as this was option to go down. Anyone who has crps and thinking about it get in touch as better hearing it from person who's going though same thing. Also had 6 infected ulcers that had for 3 years could put 2 finger in all of them was that big. After having canabis oil they all healed up so fast look like different legs to was few months ago. Either morphine was slowing healing down or canabis healed all my ulcers maybe who knows. I could keep righting positives down but be here all day and be to long to read. Lol
