I have been at this practice for 15 years and they've just been brilliant and lovely all the way through and particularly during this pandemic when my kids have been ill or myself or my elderly dad and his various referrals. Unlike other GPs I've had before, they listen to the health problem and don't hesitate to refer to a specialist to check on more serious issues that your symptoms could be presenting and then if, touch wood, everything is ok, they work backwards from there and explore lifestyle changes thereafter. I personally think this is absolutely the right way to practice rather than saying come back in 3 or 6 weeks and we will consider a referral at that point. Six weeks can be a crucial time frame, especially if there is then a waiting list for the particular specialist. Dr Purohit is an amazing and supportive GP, seeing me through several health issues and contrary to some of the posts, the receptionists are lovely and always helpful and if an appt is too far away, they always book me a triage appt for on-the-day urgent advice (or for my kids or for my dad as well). But bear in mind they are very busy so be kind and polite! Anyway, a great practice and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I received excellent care from the GPs there. Very thorough and compassionate doctors. I am very pleased that I chose this as my GP practise. It was easy to register with them and have my medical file transferred over from the GP surgery where I lived previously. Very grateful for their service. The receptionist comes off a bit abrupt but is actually a very nice and helpful person.

Good doctors but appears to be what seems to be a young immature sounding girl receptionist with a vile almost embarrassing attitude. Might want to send her back to the streets where she belongs and not answering the phone to vulnerable patients. Regards, do better.

I’ve been trying to get an appointment for a month. They are TERRIBLE. please avoid. I’ve had 2 phone appointments where the doctor just doesn’t ring and the call goes straight to my voice mail. You then call reception and they say there is no way for you to get in touch with the doctor directly.

We are Thursday, January 14th, 2021. FULL LOCKDOWN. tough measures. People aren't allowed to leave their homes unless for very few exemptions. Now,... To visit a doctor when you're ill, you must do it online. But, to check your ID they make you break the rules, leave the house, take the risk and go visit the medical centre. They called me, asked me about my previous address. I did answer, then they emailed me to let me know that I need to visit the medical centre. What is wrong with you!? ONLINE!!! CAN'T YOU DO IT ONLINE?

Quite possibly the most unhelpful people you will ever encounter. The receptionist who answers the call is truly unpleasant and extremely rude. Treats you like an idiot and talks down to you like you are a piece of dirt. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, unless you like being patronised and are trying to make your life more difficult.

I had a fantastic experience at this medical center. I have received next-day appointments each time I have called and have always been met with the same great services. The doctors are highly skilled and have always taken the time to answers all questions and have more often than not presented great service and patience. The staff is thorough, efficient, and enthusiastic.

In my opinion and experience here many of the doctors are rude and unhelpful who do not treat patients with a care in the world. Especially when I asked for a call back in January with regards to a referral that was not done correctly I was told that the NHS does not have the money to deal with me. I've had a few appointments over the last two years and although the receptionists are usually helpful the GP's are very rude and unsupportive. nothing was followed up with and if I could give them 0 stars I would. If your care about your health, don't bother with this practice.

Last August (2018) I saw Dr. Dave several times about a worrisome medical problem. I was seen quickly, and found him extremely courteous, friendly and professional, explaining what treatment he was adopting, answering all my questions and giving me detailed advice about my role in the healing process. In my view he was a first-rate physician. In connection with my problem, I also had several appointments with Nurse Lisa who was everything I expected in a first-class nurse. Both kept closely to my appointment times.

I recommend this practice. I was registered with them for about 5 years and most of the time members of staff and practitioners were helpful and kind. I had to leave it because I moved home too far from it.

It’s impossible to get appointments, you’re always on hold for at least 20 minutes when you call and the reception staff are incredibly rude over the phone. It is the worst experience trying to get in, once you do the doctors are always lovely!! But there needs to be a new reception team who is a) able to answer the phone promptly and b) reasonably polite when they do so.

Having lived in various place in London over the last 10 years, I pray I don't have to move again because this is by far the best practice in London that I've found. From reception staff to the doctors, they're always a great help.

i have been a patient of dr Davé for a few years. it is not always easy to see him (due to him being a partner, with many responsibilities), but i have never had a better physician. attentive, energetic, solicitous. i feel lucky to call him my doctor. i also want to mention a receptionist, Carol. she gets things done; always dependably helpful. i am very glad to be a patient at this practice.

Avoid this surgery at all costs. The only good things is that the receptionists are more than helpful. The treatment I have now had from two of the doctors here, however, is despicable. The doctor had no idea what she was doing or what she was prescribing. On one occasion I was actually asked what I thought I needed to prescribe myself.. I am not a doctor ... The doctor disregarded what I had to say and rolled her eyes at me on multiple occasions. VERY POOR.

No stars at all, and I speak as someone who was on the patient's council. Over the years, not a single improvement, particularly in answering the phone and arranging appointments. I first tried at 08:50, opening time, and was answered after 15 minutes. The person explained that for a late appointment (up to 8pm) I had to ring back again at 12noon precisely. So, I called at 11:59, and was told that there was a slot at 3:15. I explained that I was working, and that the earlier person said I could book between 5pm and 8pm slots. NO you cannot. She was wrong. You take the 3:15 appointment or you call back every 20 minutes and hope that the next one after that is at a suitable time... Is the the NHS of the 21st century?? It is appalling service, not fit for purpose. I am amazed that this medical centre has 2 stars. It deserves none. (Shame you have to give it one star in order to post here.) So, instead, I went to Soho NHS walk-in centre and was seen immediately, with politeness and consideration. What a difference.

I walked in off the street made an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, I saw Dr Alex Moghissi, he was fantastic and very thorough with my diagnosis. I even had a follow up visit which was great. I would certainly recommend this medical Center. Thank you

I can't even get a appointment despite being a patient even being with the place for over 25 years, I have a shoulder pain which is affective my epilepsy but can't even get a appointment. I am told that they can't make or pre book appointments so make appointment on the day! bull crap you still can't make a appointment! I hope someone is reading this! How does a receptionist make a diagnosis over the phone? Surely it's the Doctors job?

Administration has gotten better, but it´s painful getting a same day appointment and in seven years we have never felt like going to the doctors will really help. We have little children and need require good doctors. I've seen doctors goggle images, when they were at loss of a diagnosis. I often leave feeling I know more than the doctor, even though I come from a completely different field. It took 4 appointments for a diagnosis when 3 family members came down with Hand Foot and Mouth disease, they recommended returning to school in 48hr, even though it's highly contagious for 3 weeks. We were not told that 6 months after that, their nails would start peeling off. The doctors are kind, but medically useless. If I did my job like they do theirs, I would be unemployable.

I went to the doctors this morning knowing that I had an appointment with the doctor at 09:30. The receptionist said that I did not have appointment today, when I said I made the appointment on 12 May 2017, said she would need to speak to her colleague. Whilst I was waiting for the answer, both receptionist where talking about me as if I wasn't there. The receptionist then said she had available appointment at 11:00, whereupon I said I could not go back to the surgery as I needed to deal other things. I was then offered a on call doctor, I said I didn't want to see another doctor, as I would need to explain the situation, and I preferred to see the same doctor, at this point I was really stressed out and about too burst into tears. However, I would like to thank Oliver for all his help regarding chasing up hospital appointment, all and above his duty.

Very poor service, rude reception, disqualified doctor. Dr. Burnet says she will send me a request form for Ultrasound, it has been 3 weeks, I received nothing but Ads. So I call the receipt, the guys asked me to “wait another week and call back”. How can I call you another week?? I’m painful like dying. Then after a week, today I called them again. A lady who answered the phon with rudeness, tell me not to call them again, says them aren’t the one who can chase up my appointment, then she gave a number of the hospital. NEVER TIRED TO HELP OR CURE PEOPLE ? YOU LET DOWN THE FAME OF DOCTOR

They lost my registration form and then blame me for not registering with them. I need a letter urgently and they told me I have to wait for 28 days. I regret a lot for going to this center. Everyone, please do not waste your time here!!!!

When you finally get an appointment the doctors are generally very skilled and professional. Their business hours as well as general assistance when sick are not what you might hope for in a GP's office but overall give a solid care experience (4 of 5 for care but 2 of 5 for general follow up and 'ease of access').

Been here for 4 years every time takes 3 weeks minimum to get to an appointment. You never get the same doctor. Took them 3 years and the same blood tests over and over to realise I had a problem. Waiting time is your appointment time + 1hr always. Very slow. Doctors are tired and under a lot of pressure due to excess amount of patients and not enough doctors on call. I would advise to go private if you are very very sick and need sorting out straight away.

I've called them literately 100 times this morning and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Same as other days. Probably 1/25 times *if they answer* you can get the same day appointment. The other 24 times, they would tell you to call in the afternoon or the next morning and won't be able to book anything at all because they would say it is full. -The blonde lady in the reception is not pleasant and welcoming even though Ive seen her many times. -Dr. Knott was not friendly and helpful but just arrogant and a stuck up. pretended she knew everything when I needed my medication with a doctor's letter from Japan. She ended up searching what on world my medication was. Ive tried to be friendly and nice to both of them but waste of time. Obviously there are very nice people working such as -the black lady in the reception. very friendly and feels welcoming and very helpful -dr. hayhoe very polite and understanding. he tells you everything in a way which is understanding. But being told that I can't see anyone today at all just to get antibiotics for my tonsillitis is unbelievable. I have classes to attend and can't skip. I skipped my exam planning to go to GP today but now I might have to skip tomorrow. thank you

Don't expect emergency appointments here, they are very busy, but my wife and I have always between served relatively quickly (appointment slots in 2-3 weeks) and dealt with very professional staff, both receptionists and medical professionals.

no delay ever once your appointment has been made, you will be dealt with within 5 mins, the reception (depending on how you speak to them, how bad the situation is) they may tell you to call back, or give you an emergency appointment
