This is a pretty useless organization. We paid out the nose for a medical exam for our spousal visa appointment and gave them plenty of time (more than they recommended) to send everything to the embassy. My wife got to the embassy for her interview and was denied because they never received her medical information. Frustrating to wait over a year for something just to be screwed over by a company you paid to help with something minor. Time to write my senators.

Excellent experience! We came for a medical exam for our US visa. The doctor and the entire team were absolutely amazing, friendly and professional. They even assisted us to get all our results on time as we had a last minute appointment.

I would probably do anything at all possible to avoid having your medical here. Go to a different country, anything! I am in the process of writing to the US embassy to formally complain and my husband is in touch with his representatives in his home state to make them aware of the terrible service. Rude receptionists and rude doctors. I regret ever having to interact with any of these joyless people and I hope the embassy, senators and representatives we are in touch with take our complaints seriously. 0 stars. I am traumatised by my experience and I think the staff should be forced to undergo sensitivity training. Gosh. Just terrible. In tears as I write this.

Excellent service very friendly staff dealt with our case 110 per cent. Very comfortable sitting area with leather sofas very quick at seeing you excellent service guys keep up the good work.Also thanks to staff for ringing us back as we left our appointment to see if our kids were ok with with injections they had ????????????????

My husband and I had appointments for Canadian immigration medical tests. The booking seemed simple, but once we got here the schedule was completely screwed up. We had our X-ray and then told we were up next. One our later we were still waiting, with no explanation. At the end I asked about the delay, and they give me a number to call on Monday if I want to make a complain.

I had mine and my wife's US medical yesterday and all I can say is that all staff and doctor dealing with us were very friendly and professional. It felt quite relaxing while waiting on comfortable sofa in the waiting room with access to water jugs and cups. Efficient service throughout the whole experience. In and out in about 2 hours including physical, the x-rays and vaccinations for 2 people.Only if it was cheaper, because £300 + cost of vaccinations per person is way more than our GP would charge,but as doing it for a chance to move to USA, we looked at it as an investment into our future.

BEWARE Terrible service nothing but problems staff and Doctors are nothing but rude when you're trying to communicate with them either by email or phone. Still waiting for my husband medical to be fully processed which has now expired due to these people prolonging to run the time out on purpose of his medical they had all info they needed 2 days before expiry when they had all the information to proceed. I give a rating of progress and customer service and the waiting time an F for failure. Never again.....Breach of confidentiality of medical records being used to process visa without clients consent....This place is a Joke

Initially I went to the wrong doctors for my medical which wasn’t a great start. However the staff were able to rearrange my time immediately. Very flexible and friendly office staff, can’t thank them enough. I’m not the best with needles etc but I was put at ease by the doctor and the staff. Very efficient. Reason for the 4 stars is only because I went to the Knightsbridge doctors near harrods not the one on Bentinck street which is about 30 minutes away. Definitely check which one you need to attend before going there. The website is a bit unclear, if they sorted that information out it would definitely be 5 stars.
