We've had PCR tests done at the Chelsea Bridge Clinic twice and the whole process went very smoothly each time. They check country requirements for you to ensure you get the right test and certificates. Results arrived within a day both times. Staff is also very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Had to travel within a very short notice and I couldn't have been assisted any better.
By the time I reserved my PCR Test (13:30) I was able to get my test done (19:00 same day!)
I have been contacted with the result and travel certificate next day around 12.

I was very impressed with Chelsea Bridge Clinic. I had a Covid test at the clinic, (a requirement for South Africa), as I was flying over for a visit. The staff were super friendly. It was good to choose this clinic before flying back to Japan. All the passengers returning to Japan are required to carry the negative results for Covid-19.
The staff is very friendly and kind. The form of the certificate was exactly correct. I'd like to visit this clinic again.

My experience with Chelsea Bridge Clinic was very pleasing. I required a PCR test within 48 hours of flying, something few clinic were offering due to the backlog in most laboratories at this time. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very informative regarding the process, the potential pitfalls, and the chances of getting the test back on time, a level honesty that i very much appreciated. In the end they came through with plenty of time to spare. Great service, nice people and i would certainly recommend

Very detailed, Very Professional! Flying from the UK (6.5hr flight), managed to solve my Covid 19 PCR logistical problem to allow me to enter both islands I needed to go to in the Caribbean (overnighting in one to get to the other) and still maintain the 72hr test window stipulation of both islands. I would defiantly recommend them!!

Impeccable service throughout the whole process!
Many others in the market providing the PCR test are just disgraceful and find a way to make money quick.
In this case it was professional, clean, honest and super transparent.
I’ll use them for many other services as I felt I was treated super respectfully and I can say they are trustworthy.

Recently had a Covid-19 test at Chelsea Bridge Clinic for a trip abroad. As we had to get it done over the weekend we were very worried that we wouldn't get the results in time, but they were absolutely brilliant. They explained the process clearly and we really appreciated their honesty about whether we would get the test back in time and what they would do to make sure we did. They also kept us informed throughout, so we weren't worried about what was happening. Just the service you need when you're going through a stressful time. In fact, they were so good, that when a friend failed to get his test back from another clinic, we sent him here!

Best service ever! I had to get a PCR test done in a short amount of time as per the travel requirements. Right after I purchased it, I got a call from them checking the details of the flight and making sure I got it in time despite the fact that I lived far away. Everyday after that I got various calls from them keeping me updated and finding solutions. Couldn't recommend a better clinic, as others have let me down and caused me to miss my flights. Will definitely be using their services again and you should too.

Staff were very helpful and test was efficient. On-line registration is very flakey, and had to be reset two, or three times. This is stressful, as you rely on the web-site to download your Covid test results.
