Worst store for customer service. Bought a Johnstons of Elgin scarf and found that the vendor was selling this for much lower than the price from House of Cashmere. They do not offer refunds or exchange. The sales guy tried to convince me that his price was correct. Aggressive unscrupulous sales folks with no sense of doing the right thing.

I asked them whether their cashmere scarves shed. They told only very minor shedding at the beginning. Wore my scarf at work, half of the scarf shedded on my shirt. When I took it back they told me that cashmere scarves always shed and will always shed. They were very rude.

They staff were very unfriendly, though the lady gave me some guidance, it was brisk. I felt like they resented me being there at all. Though I bought a top there when I went to the cash register the man serving me did not even look at me or acknowledge me.

Terrible customer service.
I spent £240 on a cashmere jumper and I brought it back as I found a tiny hole on the shoulder. The lady there convinced me that I had moths in my home. The sweater was 10 days old.
V unimpressed. Won’t be going back.

こちらでオリジナルのカシミアのストールとシルクウールの刺繍のストールを買いました。自分の国に帰ってから刺繍に難があるのに気付き、カスタマーサービスにメールで連絡。商品とレシートを国際便で送りました。私は代替え品を求めましたが、運悪く同じものがなかったためクレジットカードに、商品代と郵送料を返金してくれました。とても丁寧で且つスピーディーな対応でした。ジョンストンズも扱っており、特に男性の定員さんはとても親切で色んなものを提案してくれました。素晴らしいアーケードの中の素敵なお店です。
