Visited the store over the weekend to purchase a jacket which unfortunately I uncovered an issue with. I returned the next day and spoke to Shae who was very empathetic and really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She is a real credit to the store.

Phoned up the store almost weekly for a jacket i had been after for ages, never really thinking they would have it, and today they told me to come in and it was there! put aside for me, couldn't be happier! Terrific team J.C

Brilliant customer service. Popped in last week desperately looking for a Xmas gift for my partner, was helped out by the lady with the dark curly hair. She was absolutely brilliant, very attentive, kind and friendly. Really excellent service and supportive team. Walked out with a few more items then I’d intended. Excited to gift these to him! I’ve been to this outlet 4 times over a 3 year period. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to go unless your a big fan of stone island or cp company with my last 2 visits having purchased nothing at all, it’s also in a very random location and nothing great nearby except the Nike shop. You can park at Tesco’s which is a 2 min walk as long as you buy something from there. In terms of what you will find inside, most say to call up beforehand to see what deliveries they’ve had in, some stuff you can tell has been on the rail a long time. In terms of quality of products, there’s a good range of light weight jackets to premium heavy pieces to tracksuit bottoms, t shirts etc but in my opinion it’s VERY hit and miss. Most of the stuff just doesn’t feel fresh/new, almost like the pieces are ex display pieces, some stuff on the rails have noticeable defects, I don’t care what brand it is, if there’s red marks across white stone island jumpers and it’s still priced at “outlet” £150, it’s trash and you must be a mug to buy something like that. Some of the jackets have cracks in/ marks from where they have rubbed against other jackets or rails, some of the jumpers also seem to be bobbling. Where you will really win though is if you get lucky with a big delivery AND it’s a decent price, typically 30-50% off. The feeling of buying a stone island / cp company piece in my opinion feels a lot better getting direct from their websites as they come packaged nicely, brand new and flawless and for the price that’s what you expect. Don’t go looking for the most expensive brands and then go bargain shopping for them....

Worst outlet ever..... Cant stand the bad attitudes there...most of the clothings are damaged and not properly labelled. Bought a cloth thought flawless but found red dyed mark on the back after purchase.

Great Outlet for Stone island products or CP company from past seasons, they even stock the shadow project line however alot of the times the items are in the larger sizes. If there is a product you require, best to get their contact details and call up if they receive it in as they normally get weekly stock updates. Thanks to the friendly and helpful staff there, managed to secure a Stone island frost down jacket from past season for 50% off retail so there are steals to be found.

Disgusting staff members, filthy attitudes and they don't bother to help, they are more interested in their gossip and phones, its more of a youth club rather than a designer outfit. Terrible service.

Nice selection but unhelpful, rude staff. Whenever I walk in the staff are either just on your phones or talking to each other. Even when you ask for help it seems as if you are bothering them or it is a great chore to speak. Better off going to the Stone Island store or buying online.

직원은 사람이 들어오든말든 신경도 안씀 내가 갔을때는 물건이 별로 없었고 가격이 너무싸서 보니까 어깨에 구멍난하자상품들이있었다 꼬매서라도 입을거라면 니트가 16만원쯤했던거같다
