Just been in today and the person who served me was great. Really good customer service, the place was clean and well layed out. Worth masks on, it’s easy to come across as grumpy or in a bad mood but I was served really pleasantly especially having just served someone who seemed quite rude. I’d give more stars if i could.

urban outfitters is a very large store and has a good range of clothes. there's both a women's and men's section. the staff is very helpful and nice. it is full of vintage like clothes but quite pricey.

I had high hopes for this place, the staff are amazing, the clothes are high quality and don't appear to be from the slave trade but the shop had a "yard sale" on, which is term derived from the slave trade so I left without buying anything

If your a teenager or in your early twenties with some cash you don't mind throwing to the wind then this is the place for you.
For me it's all polyester, lyocel and viscose yet they charge prices that you'd expect to pay for silk. Not for me sorry.

Great place to visit for retro clothing, most retro places have retro clothes but have musky smells, never the case with these repurposed clothes, a lot of the clothes are new but stick with the retro vibes, deffo a great place to visit but the prices seem to rise year on year so try to get what you want on sale!

Sometimes they will not give out printed receipts but they will send the e-receipt by ‘email’ well, IF! I never received my e-receipt, maybe they do it deliberately so you can’t return the item. Luckily, I like the item. This has happened twice.
