Amazing store, so much variety. Even got a beautiful (and very different) style of vans shoes marked down on an amazing deal. Store also sells the cleaner needed to keep your Van's looking as pristine as they can be.

Nice trainers although staff are not very attentive: I asked for the same Vans in black and another pair in white, but the sales assistant gave the wrong ones although led me to believe they were the same.

The Biggest Christmas let down by Vans off the wall.
They use the company yodel to deliver, I work in a 24hr building with a security which will always take packages and being the supervisor for the site I’m well known and the parcel wouldn't be refused. I bought a pair of shoes in the black Friday sales in November Paid and waiting for delivery. I forgot about the order and looked back 2 weeks and still no delivery so I talk to customer services to which they said no one was there to take the delivery and that it was sent back to Vans Depot. I doubled checked the date given on CCTV and no delivery was ever attempted with a fully manned site on the tracking date. So I put this to Vans they blamed Yodel and offered a Refund. but as a Christmas present all I wanted is the pair that yodel sent back to depot, the call taker (I won’t name, Names) said she would contact the depot and find out if this is possible, 2 days pass still waiting for depot, 5 days past still waiting for depot and the tracking says successfully at depot at this point. Today no phone calls just a refund which will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. I bought the shoes in the colour and size I needed now unavailable in both size and colour and shot up in price by £30 from the price I paid in the sales. I feel like I have been lied to and basically told to go away with this refund which I didn't ask for, all I wanted is the Christmas present I paid for. This isn't the service I accepted from the brand.

I had gone in for some advise about my white vans and left so happy. The Service was fantastic. I met Nathan and he had me laughing making me feel very welcome, giving me the best advise. The staff too are lovely and polite. Was very impressed.

I use Vans as my day to day shoes and I love them. I've recently got a pair from my wife as a birthday present, but she gave me the pro model. I've worn it for half a day and couldn't walk after that, they were incredibly uncomfortable and giving me blisters. I've managed to return them to the store even after wearing them and got a half size up! I was really impressed with the quality of service. A big shout out to manager Alex who sorted that out for me!

Though a bit slow to get served to start the young guy who brought the shoes out was friendly and really helpful. Great to walk in a no music playing , though not usual, it was great as with a Aspergers friend who founded it a more comfortable experience .

The worst customer service I've experienced in westfield. Staff just chatted with each other and had to interrupt their conversation to be served. When we pointed out the wrong sized shoes were brought out, the staff member was dismissive and rude.

STAFF ARE UNRESPONSIVE AND RUDE!
I came into this store and found a pair I really liked however it was the wrong size for me. I asked the cashier for another size and she ushered me to a seat.
I waited for 15 mins and kept asking her where is my shoe?! Turns out they did not have any shoes the whole time and the sales assistant did not bother to tell me. I was clearly not prioritised considering how long I waited as another customer got their shoes instantly when they asked for a size.
The staff here are too lazy and don’t listen to each other and coordinate when it comes to giving the customer the right shoe size.
If I was you, buy online and save yourself the long wait to buy a shoe that does not even have many shoe sizes available in store!!

Great deals, I bought a sweet shirt half price! Staff soured the experience, a new staff member was keen to help, but two older female staff we inattentive to help anyone (both were overweight, just as description so you know who I’m talking about).
I was 15 minutes waiting for my shoe size, they never came, I just gave up waiting, I’ll buy my kicks somewhere else. And the girl at the till was slow and unresponsive, I felt like I was inconveniencing her by buying something on her shift.
I wonder how people like this have a job, when so many hard working people are looking for work. I’ve worked in retail for years, and I know I’d be given the door if I acted like this lot. Hopefully next time I come back I’ll have a more positive retail experience as I love your clothes!
If not I’ll buy vans online!

Came to buy a pair of shoes for my wife and had a bad time as a costumer, the girl was "helping" me taking the shoes was clearly upset, with bad humour/attitude. 18/11 around 15:00, so you can track your staff.
