The sales assistant there when I went (18th August 20) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me identify exactly what size and style was most suitable for me and my needs without the heavy sales pressure that some places have. I will be returning here to shop again.

Officially my favorite shirt store. More varieties with designs, colors and patterns. Cost effective when purchasing in multiples of 4 and not just focusing on work shirts. Recently got some linen shirts which I never knew they sold.... only regret was I only got 2!! Good shirts friendly employees.

I was greeted by 4 members of staff having a loud conversation and not showing any willingness to assist me when I needed assistance, I eventually found a shirt I liked that has a sticker price on it, I went to the till to pay and was told the shirt is not that price and the lady proceeds to rip the sticker off from the shirt and said I must pay full price even though there was 6 of the same shirt on the table with the same stickers, I asked to speak to a manager as I thought is was unfair of her to do that so she went off to get the manager but then came back and said she can sell it for the price on the sticker, very bad customer service skills from the staff in there. Will not be returning to that particular store.

Very helpful and friendly Asian looking staff. Turned out she was senior supervisor...she was so helpful I tot she was one of the floor staff and I kept insisting to be attended to by her. Very humble lady.
Size 16.5 is in short supply though.

Pressurising sales tactics. Not an enjoyable experience. Went in to buy a suit. Just not a comfortable relaxing environment. Sales guy just didn't listen. Said numerous times about my dislikes for a suit. Continued to offer me exactly what I didn't wish for. Suit collection was worse. Guy had no interest. No money to be made from me today do no motivation to offer any service

Located in Westfield shopping centre. Their shirts are very nicely constructed and very nicely fitted.
They have a good range of formal shirts and smart casual shirts.
They also have a very good variety and a very good range of sizes.
Will definitely be returning and would certainly recommend to others.
