Insanely slow service, disorganised and unprofessional staff - heard one loudly complaining about a customer as I waited to pick up a click and collect order (which turned out to only contain half of what I ordered). Never had a problem with their products - in fact I've liked them - but the service has been terrible.

It isn't the best by far in London. The staff are generally rude with prices not matching up with products. Their sale items in the back of the shop is a mess as well. The Regent Street UNIQLO might be busier, but has far better quality in staff.

I like Uniqlo, products are basic but good quality with reasonable price. I have visited this store for several times but queue was always long and there were not enough people working at the counter, and staff talk like robot, I hope they are replaced with self service tills like Tesco.

Not a great experience, picked up a coat on the sale rack and spent 30 mins queueing before getting to the till and being told the item I had purchased was a different price to the one advertised, no real apology. I walked out and won't be going back.
