I had to return an item I had purchased online the lady that helped me today was really nice and offered great customer service! I had to return because of the size being to big and she was able to help me order the size I needed even though the size I wanted was not available online.

Next is just amazing! Outstanding range of clothes with range of fits and colours. I personally recommend the £22 mens jeans in skinny fit. The store is in immaculate condition and it is beautifully presented throughout. The customer service is great but sometimes the store looks quite understaffed. Maybe hiring 2 permanent full time Sales Consultants may do the trick!
