I feel this is a good matalan but kinda depends on what your after. They do have a good section in terms of men and woman clothing, loads of choices on shoes and underwear. Since COVID and I have been in there i feel like they don't put loads of things out as much anymore and when I have gone to look for leggings the racks are empty so either they don't have none left or they don't get staff out to restock and check. It is normally clean in their, since they done changing rooms with no staff there you do find loads of clothes just left in the changing room and hangers and labels all over the place.
Before Covid waiting to pay took forever, some staff took long or some would end up having a chat and there could be loads of people waiting. Since COVID it has not been to bad mainly as there is not so many people but also the introduction of self checkout has been very good.

Untidy, badly stocked shelves. Dozens of one size and none of the one I need. Clothes torn out of packets and thrown around, and shoved together too closely to find anything. There are no staff around to help, and a long wait at the checkout (although the staff are always friendly - the only thing going for the place). It has an unpleasant chemical smell. This should be a useful shop, especially for children’s clothes, but I dread having go here. No wonder it’s always empty.

The rest of the reviews are a hint not to use this store. It’s always a mess no matter what time of day or day of the week you go, no staff to help. Staff are also quite rude. Would very much advise to use a different pickup point for any deliveries as they seem to be very unhelpful and seem to have no common sense to help any customer.

Longest queue to buy a pair of socks. 25 people waiting 2 people at the cashdesk taking 10min for any payment. Everything is messy and dirty.

I'm sure there are some bargains to be had, but I couldn't find anything of interest to me. I was especially looking for lightweight cotton summer tops, and didn't find any at all. I know it's the wrong season, but clothes shops usually start selling a season or two in advance! Disappointing.

People online were saying it's nice place to find good long sleeve cotton shirts. I went there to find out things overpriced and very limited choice in any cotton clothing. I guess things changed for the worst.

Actually really good for bedding and linens with regular deals on branded duvets pillows etc. Good sized menswear section. Queues look never ending but go down very quickly. Staff always have time to say hello and answer questions. Entrance looks a bit dreary but don't be put off as the store is reasonably well laid out.

Dug it to the depths of the arcade, I doubt this shop has see anything other than lurid fluorescent lights. An aside to its location he shop does accept dpd deliveries that is highly handy. Service is present too.

A large good shop for stylish fashion for adults and children and good selection of homeware. Not costing too much. Good sales when on in a convenient and easy to reach location inside kingland showing centre with other well known and independent shops. Customer service is good for store and click and collect pick ups.
