The store was really neat and clean. It’s also massive so you’re bound to find something. I went for a collection and the staff was really nice and quick to retrieve my parcel. It’s not as busy as their store in central london but i see it as a plus. Would definitely comeback!!

I've ordered a wrong item and then the right one straight away. After that they wouldn't let me cancel the wrong order. Worst shop ever, they sell only pyjamas wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Male staff member was very condescending when i attempted to exchange a £80 backpack that hadn't been used yet. I had the packaging, price tags, and receipt for the backpack. I was wearing the backpack, as I was never given a bag in the first place, so he turned me away. Proclaiming that he could clearly see the bag was used. He didn't bother to inspect the backpack or ask me why I wasn't happy with my original purchase. After reading the reviews it seems this place suffers from incompetent and rude staff. Avoid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

If you like Urban Outfitters then you’ll be very fond of their Spitalfields branch. I don’t really see the fuss (unless there’s a sale on, in which case I’m all over it) but that’s the beauty of this branch – there are sofas! And magazines! And delicious air conditioning! All in all, it’s the perfect place for someone who doesn’t really like shopping. But if you’re there to buy clothes then it’s pretty great too. So I’ve heard, anyway. Although I’m not mad about the layout – sale items are scattered all over the shop, so you have to trawl through the full-priced stuff if you want a bargain. Sneaky.

I'm an Urban Outfitters fan in theory (I like the style of what they offer) but I rarely buy (too expensive/not fitting properly being the main reasons why), but I really like this location. It doesn't feel overwhelming, but still has the typical shabby-chic cluttered feel. There are also chairs in the fitting rooms so your friends can relax while you try stuff on (or vice versa). All in all it's a pretty sweet store.
