Store was neat and tidy during my visit. Staff was friendly and quick at the register. This store has limited styles and collections for both men and women though, unfortunately. One of the smallest H&M’s I’d ever been to.

Popped into this store yesterday and was so impressed with it. Nicest H&M I've been in ever. It's has such a zen to it that the others don't. Full of lovely plants, all the clothes are pleasantly lining the rails as opposed to jammed in and fellow customers don't need to squeeze and push past as it's actually roomy enough.
Only downside is it's lacking a ladies sportswear section but can't have it all, hey!

The worst experience ever, trying to return items. Stuff is very rude and cant be bothered with requests. I wanted to change some items and it was the first time ever they didnt want to help me. Any other HM store I go to, the stuff is polite and try to help me no mater what. This time is like I asked for money from them. The look and the attitude when asking was disgusting. I am a customer and I can not be treated like this even though I might be wrong. They are payed to help the customers. I am very angry for losing time to come to this stupid shop!

A fancy store has nice clothes, specoal sections. The touch key pad to pay is very different, like a computer but I guess it's more modern than other handm's. However no accessories section for sunglasses just spread throughout the store.

The shop had a weird new layout and style that didn't feel like the h+m I'm used to. They sell the same stuff but it's all arranged in a very arty way, similar to the high end fashion stores where they hold very little stock surrounded by lots of white space and pointless ornaments. Very weird vibe and couldn't find anything that I liked.

Went to take off a tag that was left on the a top from Oxford Circus. I had the receipt, the card and they still told me I had to go to Oxford Circus so that they could watch cctv. I said what if I gave it as a gift, they would have to do the same thing.
I felt like they were profiling me and I’m not happy.

Huge and very busy H&M. They have men’s and children sides too. The tills downstairs are really busy but upstairs there was only 1 person. So I suggest just go up to pay and get done quickly.

The customer service was useless today. No one was interested in helping me. Some hardly spoke English too. Unhelpful attitude plus lack of interest in customers .... no wonder the high street shop are disappearing. H&M fix up otherwise you maybe following in Arcadia's footsteps sooner than you think!
