Very unpleasant when you have to pay the parking fees 4.50£ per hour paying by phone and there isn't too much choice of products.
Very gentle customer service for empty shop.
Disappointed.

I love this Poundstretcher it has all the things that l need for the house. I have not been able to visit this place because for over a year. Me & my gym buddies ladies walked from where we live to Harlesden. It was a lovely walk even if it was freezing but the walk was brilliant & only when we stopped up for a while did we feel the cold.

A few days ago I bought a two-pack of Oral B toothpaste, only to find that it had expired two months earlier, in December 2020. I used it for a while, but a strange feeling while using it led me to read the tube carefully and discover that it had expired two months earlier. I went back to the shop to point it out to the shop assistants, but I couldn't find it anymore, maybe they realised it in the meantime. Selling expired products is extremely dangerous, everyone has different sensitivities and could have problems.
In addition, the shop assistants are often rude in this shop.

The prices are good,mostly,however almost all the products are bad quality and not long lasting.The cashier desks are empty,except for one.The staff do not understand English at all.Please fix this.

Rude. Customer service could be improved especially 1 Indian lady, aged 50 or so with black hair, doesn't know the meaning of being kind. For example, when you ask where the item is, she won't tell where it is exactly, and doesn't even know what you asked.

New shop lay out, bright and airy. Once you know your way around the store -it's easy to find stuff. Brand named stuff still to be found in there -good prices compared to Tesco next door.

Woefully slow staff & was triple charged on their contactless payment system,got money back on one card but not the other,& paid cash... It’s supposed to be for saving a few quid but I’ve been fleeced,if I were you & your cards declined check your balance ASAP!

It use to be better them now , and is horrible you have to go all around of the store to get something each basically is in the other side of the shelf , to be more clear is like EKA or Iceland you have to see everything else. Before you get what you need
