Unbelievable how the staff can cope with so many rude customers. Hard to shop in a place where customers mix everything up on the shelves. And still the staff try to keep everything presentable. I've noticed the 2 securities weren't wearing mask, and so the lady which I assume is the manager, whilst chatting by a closed till.

I have always had a soft spot for B&M as they sell stuff you just don't get elsewhere. They're a big discount shop so expect lots of clutter, but the hard-ware and garden stuff is very good and they have a surprising amount of good food stuff on sale. Well worth a visit.

Amazed by the queues until got inside. The selection of foods, homewares so reasonable! Garden centre outdoor pots best value I've seen anywhere. Half the price of the dedicated garden centres, great selection. Staff v friendly & helpful.

Big store with lots of products. Has range of food products and home furniture including garden DIY products. Additionally they got big garden centre behind. When busy it's bit difficult to find parking space. Good value for money as well.

B&M willesden is great the staff are lovely and lots of good stuff available
My only grumble is the ques. It takes 5 mins getting items you need and then 20mins queuing up and if a till is opened everyone runs and pushes them selves in front. Not nice needs better management .

Fantastic store and super friendly staff. Place is safe to shop have a safety dividers at check out. Sometimes there is a long ques inside. Perhaps opening more checkouts would help. Getting customers out fast lowers the risks. Otherwise good quality products and prices are good to.
