Walked in with my girlfriend, we were the only ones in the store and there was about 5-6 staff members. They were all hovered around the till having a chat. We walked around the whole store and not one them even looked at us once, nevermind asked us if we needed anything related to what they're paid to do. Stealing for a living. I love Size but they always employ rude and unhelpful staff members who could not care less
about the customer or their job.

would give 0 starts if possible!
if you value your money and your time, never buy from size. not online and not in store, they will make it an absolute nightmare if you try to return anything, their lack of customer service skills is shocking.
they sent me the wrong item and have still never refunded me my money.. GO ELSEWHERE!

I saw their ad on my facebook for these nice Adidas, I bought them along with a cap and a pair of sunglasses to get free delivery (that still cost £1). An hour before delivery, they sent a notification saying that the shoes werent in stock anymore and refunded them. But why so late? Not giving you the choice to change the model or the colour. Just nonesense. Then it got even worse. Parcel came, badly wrapped and broken with an item missing !!! Can you believe that ?! So I refused the parcel. Customer service was as bad as everything else, eluding the problem, slow response, not even offering free delivery or 5% off next order! Just a disgrace from A to Z! This company is going DOWN! Shame on you

Went to the shop and all 3 members of staff were chatting to a mate.
I asked for help but the response from staff was “you have to go to carnaby for that” and he rushed to continuing with the chatting.
Very poor customer services, staff not bother in making business.

Went in with a fat, spicy avocado stain on my Nike TN's (that were bought elsewhere) looking to buy some crep protect wipes or something along the lines to try remove the stain. Girl at the counter told me not to bother and instead offered to take my shoe downstairs where she would try and get it out herself. She spent about 10 mins trying to get the stain off (which she got the majority off) and came back with the shoe. Asked for no payment. Tried her best and went the extra mile! Amazing service!

UNRELIABLE ONLINE ORDERS. I put my trust in size when ordering a shoe from a limited stock drop. With no notification and an email which stated my order had been accepted, past the first stage of conformation, I was notified 5 days later that my delivery would not be sent. In the meantime, the shoes had sold out everywhere. SO disappointed my trusty shoe retailer let me down.
