I cannot believe how terrible a company Crocs is! I wish I’d read the reviews first. I will NEVER shop there again. They are rude, slow to respond and totally unreasonable. Good luck ever getting a refund from them - it’s impossible and quite shocking.

I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive, but its a no show. There has been no email correspondence about any delays. Unacceptable service from the Crocs UK website. Do not order from the online store.

purchased Crocs slippers from Amazon at the end of April. Paid nearly £17.00. Only worn indoors and already the sole is wearing through. Maybe if they were £5. you could understand it. I am not happy. This gives Crocs a really bad name. Shoddy goods.

Ordered and they never showed up. You can't contact them to ask. They don't respond to communication via social media. Yet respond to messages showing health care workers SAME DAY!!. If there is a delay why not inform customers or even update your facebook page. At the moment it looks like you have taken peoples money and then just ignored them. I just want my money back now. Had to buy another brand of sliders from Sports direct that arrived when they said they would.. amazing that.. called customer service!! My first and now LAST! experience with Crocs.

At first I tried to cancel my order straight after I placed it however I've been told that it's not possible to cancel it and I need to first receive the item and then process a return of the item. Then I tried reaching out to customer service with regards to the fact that I am unable to process a return of my order as the returns email is not coming through to my inbox. I was assured by the customer service agent that I will get my email within an hour or latest by the end of the day but still haven't got it even the day after and therefore unable to return the item. The level of customer service is absolutely appalling. Avoid using crocs official website by any means!

Extremely poor customer service. After ordering I received no confirmation. After 2 weeks of trying to find out what was going wI had to spend over 1 hour to get hold of a representative that told me the order was being processed but could provide an eta. The order arrived with the wrong size and I requested a return via website and after 6 weeks I have yet to get a reply. Steer clear of this website better to order from Amazon/ EBay

One word absolutely rubbish every ways sorry But I couldn’t give 0 star or I would. Peace of advice if you don’t now how to run a businessman don’t open one, plane and simple.

I ordered some crocs online - That was my first mistake. After the crocs did not arrive in over a week I chased them up via their LiveChat service - That was my second mistake. I appreciate that large companies are finding it difficult to get orders out on line and took this into account. However first I was told the delay is due to the delivery service so I asked why. I was then told due to CV-19. I asked if they had been shipped and they replied it had not. I told them how can this therefoer be a delivery delay. I asked if they were in stock and they said they were. I asked again, when will I get my goods please. They advised that they don't know when it can be shipped due to the delays. I simply asked for a refund as I found them elsewhere to buy online with a 3-day turnaround from a reseller. I was declined the refund on the basis the item had not been shipped and I would only get a refund when I returned the goods. I stated I had not had the goods, they couldn't advise when and by the way they had not even shipped them yet and they don't know when they can. This went on for 30-minutes with ground hog day dialogue. I have now lost the Crocs experience and ordered some skechers instead and am expecting them in 3-days time, guaranteed. Just a warning, expect to wait weeks if you order Crocs directly from their website and don't expect a refund if you cannot wait that long either. If you are prepared to wait they may well offer you a £15 partial refund off the order - I declined this and was still refused a refund. Crocs can have my £36 if it means so much to them they feel they need to hold onto every penny their customers haven't got in this pandemic.

ordered from crocs uk site, need to exchange a size. Never received email with my receipt/billing, now I need to exchange something and never received my return label in email. Tried chatting to agents twice and emailed customer service twice its been a week now. Seems I am stuck with this order and they haven't been able to email me my receipt or return a size now. Been buying crocs products for years for myself and family. No more, bye crocs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THE UK WEBSITE, I WANTED TO RETURN AN ITEM AND WAS TOLD I NEED TO SEND IT BACK TO THE NETHERLANDS AND SHIPPING COST MORE THAN HALF THE COST OF THE ITEM I PAYED FOR. WHY THERE ISN'T A FREE RETURNS LABEL INCLUDED I DON'T KNOW. DISAPPOINTING, WONT BUY FROM CROCS ONLINE AGAIN.

UK online store is having significant problems and no communication. Impossible to order - order goes through but no confirmation email and money refunded to my account without explanation. No explanation. This has happened twice.
