The girl working here was handing me Bangladeshi and Vietnamese Docs and swearing they were English.
The manager corrected her and the look on her face proved the poor girl had no idea what she was selling.

Super helpful staff, you can literally ask them anything about Dr. Martens and I'm sure they will find a way to help you, since I bought my first pair of boots I have been obsest with the brand and I have found the community to be super cool.

The girl working here was shockingly rude. I asked her "which ones are on sale?" and she said "read the tags" in the rudest tone, and when I asked her for a size to try on and she rolled her eyes. The boots didn't fit and I didn't want to ask for a bigger size because of her attitude. Honestly it was appalling.

If you sell fakes that come from Vietnam and Bangladesh, you should expect customers to be furious when we find out and they break after two months. I'm so disappointed by my Doc Martens experience and didn't know this is what the company had become.

Bought a pair of doc martins a while back from this shop and I was very worried about spending such a large sum of money on shoes but I can tell you these are the most comfy and most stylish set of boots i own and they go with all my clothes. Thanks for the great pair and the lovely staff that helped me pick them!

It has a small selection with not very many staff. They try their hardest but it's simply too small for the amount of people that go there in such a hotspot location. It's good enough if you know what you want and you check if they have it before hand. Just not great to just go there and just look around. Too busy and crowded.

I visited to take back a pair of shoes whose soles had split from the shoe. They were replaced, no questions asked, by the friendly and helpful staff who also allowed me to replace them with a different style. I had lost the original receipt, but were happy to accept a photo of the receipt I took on my phone when I bought them.

Good selection of shoes and boots. Cashier staff by the entrance seemed pleasant enough but never approached us when we entered, though staff in the men's section were friendly and knowledgeable (especially since I'd never bought a pair of boots from there before).

Friendly knowledgeable staff who were able to recommend different options to me. I really like when their in-store artists offer customization on shoe purchases—not only did I walk away with a new pair of great shoes, but I also now have a nice souvenir of London's art scene that I can wear as much as I want!

It's been a number of years since I had a pair so, I headed down to Oxford Street to make things right.
Down the basement I went and I was very glad to see it wasn't busy. As I went through the various styles I noticed that nothing was priced. When I did find a label it was illegible.
Annoyed I asked a young saleswoman why they didn't price their products. She explained that "they were too busy and when they did labeling it just ended up leaving the store sold anyway."
I guess I am no longer fab enough for "Docs" so, I went and bought a pair of Timberlands instead.
A big swing and a miss Dr. Martens.

Great store and shoes, but the staff were very unhelpful. I waited at the counter for at least five minutes in an empty store while they chatted amongst themselves on the shop floor before I managed to grab someone's attention.

Very poor and terrible service. That's how it is in that Dr. Martens shop near Bond Street in London. Bought pair of boots, but they are just not comfortable. So I asked for refund, but they refused. BE AWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICY. Don't get caught in their funny terms and conditions! Wouldn't recommend at all !!!
