Very helpful girls today...bought a pair of timberlands within 5 mins of being there....unfortunately they only had 2 pairs in my size that were all slightly different in colour/shade and scuffed up.
Wasn't offered any money off which I thought was weird!
Bought them anyway as was in a rush. Ho hum

The sale reduced this store to chaos. Almost impossible to browse the stock due to the disarray of the displays. Usually a good store out side of sale season due to having a larger selection of men's shoes than competitors.

Today, I was one of these annoying customers, who change their mind million times, want to speak to the manager and at the end demand a discount. I have to admit that staff was very patient and nice, and the manager was really helpful. I recommend the shop!

Schuh don't price match so always check first that you're not being over charged by Schuh. Lesson learnt.

A schuch but in my experience great service from friendly and helpful staff especially Will the manager. The shoe selection is vast with plenty of choice and the staff helped me with my selection in a non pushy sales type way and even write down the numbers of the shoes for me to take away. A great experience.
