Went to office Carnaby street to collect my order today. They said it was returned to the warehouse and I was refunded. NOT TRUE. They didn't have my item and never got a refund either. The girls were totally unhelpful when asking questions about what happend. Horrible customer service! I will definitely not go back to that store.

The Office provided top of the line footwear for my son and I. We walked away with about five pairs of lovely shoes worth the pretty penny each. The sales staff, especially the African American gentleman (who’s name I forgot to write down), was such a professional and friendly representative. We bought additional shoes because of his charm and shoe quality.

Such a waste of time! Just want to get rid of the gift card that i have and never shop at office!
(Man names Francesco was very helpful,its nothing to do with him)
But the sistem they have its horrendous!
Finally once i have chosen the shoes, they dont have and never will have them in the store apparently so they had to order it online ,next day delivery - fine with that.
I said i want to apply the gift card, the manager i believe tried to explain it to me that thy can't apply the gift card online.
(So i can apply it my self if buying online, but they CANT , the store CANT, how weird) so i have to buy the shoes, return them and then they would apply the gift card..
Hmm ok fine.
Once everythings have been filed in.They say i CANT pay by cash:D
I mean, come on now! I have wasted 40 min there and left hating OFFICE!!!
I wish you could just give me the money for the gift card!
As its just ridiculous!

AWFUL. Do not use this retailer online. I ordered an item for my birthday party and paid extra for delivery on a Saturday. Not only has the delivery still not been made but when I called OFFICE at lunchtime that day to query the delivery the agent was dismissive of my concern. Not only did this affect the evening plans but OFFICE have done nothing about the failed delivery and payment for a saturday delivery. RIP OFF. DO NOT USE.

Don't buy - They don't exchange shoes if you picked the wrong size. Try there, buy online saves you a lot of hassle and protects your rights to exchange.

Good selection of shoes but very slow service when busy. Service was slow on a weekday so I would imagine it would be worse on the weekend. Staff look bored and it takes them a while to serve you (and they look like they also really don't want to).
Edit: one star removed as I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my shoes. It would have been faster if I went to the storeroom and got it myself. Avoid this branch if you can.

They have a wide range of shoes and I go there regularly just to check if there's anything I like. The service was good and the employees were very helpful, they helped me find the shoes I wanted and when they didn't have my size at that store, they told me the locations of other stores to try and get my size. They have loads of different brands of shoes for good prices. Overall, I think it is a good place to shop for shoes.

Last night the staff took 10 minutes or more to figure out if they had the shoes in the sizes my sister and I wanted to try. My sister had bought 2 pairs of shoes, coming home my sister discovered that one of the boxes had the incorrect size! The box said 40, but the shoes were a 41!
My sister and mother went back this morning to exchange the shoes to their proper size (40) and the staff shoo'd her away because it was 9:15 am!!! A simple shoe exchange couldn't hurt, why so rude? Especially to my mother!!!

Wasn't very happy that a Member staff had a go at mo, because there didnt fix the pos properly. So i picked up a Am720 and the pos came of and smash, member of staff had a dirty look at me, all staff 3 were just standing around me.

Service is terrible slow, very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I went there twice and twice I felt like I am disturbing them. Its the closest shop to my work office so it would be very convenient for me...but I rather go without shoes than ever step foot in this place again.

Staff are just rude and seem as if they resent you for asking for any kind of help. I'd rather have just gotten. The shoes from the store room myself. My wife told the girl on the till that she wanted to bring the box with her and the girl literally tutted in our faces. Would never go here again.

There are 6 - 7 employees doing absolutely nothing (actually dancing to the music) to help customers and are just standing around in the middle of the store while customers mill about helplessly. This store badly needs a store manager.
