Don't like student discount. When I asked that before made a payment, one staff suddenly interrupted and spoke louder"You have to pay even if there is discount" I've never said I won't pay!!!!!!!Even other staffs were embarrassed so they said to her "she is just asking about the discount." I felt like she treated me as a thief and she did same thing to other students customers. I don't understand this ridiculous situation

There were two shop assistants in the changing rooms that weren’t very helpful at all, they were so involved in their conversation that I don’t think they even noticed when I walked in, so I looked to see if any of the changing rooms were available and when I turned round they were both giving me a nasty look and one of them told me it was full. It just felt like a few lessons in customer service wouldn’t have gone a miss. That being said some of the other staff were very kind and the woman behind the till was very patient and nice with my mum who left something in the store and had to go back for it.

Fantastic clothes, always able to find something here for my partner. However staff could be more customer friendly. They closed dressing room 19 minutes before closing the stores and refused to let customers use it, clearly both sacrificing sales and customer satisfaction. I was in the waiting room waiting for my partner, while the staff turned away 5+ customers in 10 minutes in a very rude way... Staff training and/or incentives needs an upgrade. This was 4 August, 17:40-17:50.

Seems like a frequent issue at this store... the middle aged woman gave very poor customer service in the changing rooms. Upon finishing trying on clothes I was in a big rush and picked up the two things I needed and the rest were hung in the changing room. Upon leaving I saw her and thanked her for her help (although she didn’t do anything) and I had to rush so left the clothes in the changing room. She then said ‘you could at least bring them out to me’. I was sure I heard this wrong, so said excuse me? She repeated ‘you could bring them out to me’. I felt like I had to apologize for not bringing the clothes out of the changing room, btw it was 11am on a Wednesday and the store was dead. She then proceeded to tell me ‘it’s called learning basic manners’. What the hell!!! I’ve worked in customer service for many years myself and even if I wasn’t polite to her (which I was)- no one should have that attitude. A clear way to loose business.

I think this store is smaller than the one on Oxford street, but still there is a good range of clothes. It’s usually not very crowded either.

Never Shop There for Gifting Someone! I have to say I'm very disappointed with this store. I've received a lovely gift from a friend who bought me a jumper there, but I had to exchange as the jumper didn't fit me so well. So, I headed to the Covent Garden store yesterday with the gift receipt and the jumper in hands, but I was told by a member of staff that my gift receipt was worth less than the half price of the item. That was shocking! What is the point of giving customers a gift receipt if the person can't get something else in the same worth amount??? Then the member of staff told me that this is because they are not able to know how much was paid for that item on the purchase. I said, What? That's what the gift receipt is for!!! OMG, that doesn't make any sense! So I advise, never shop there for gifting someone, as the store keeps part of the price paid for itself and give the gifted person some cheap random amount!

Bad customer services. The staff there today was really coldhearted they don’t care if you are happy with the product you bought as long as they have your money. Don’t buy Waianae Sunrise the Nail Polish if you don’t want your nail polish has strange particles in it which is not shimmer just pure sandy and rough touching after you put on your nails. Somehow they still managed to claim that the product is not faulty therefore they couldn’t do a return. I guess nobody wants there nails look uneven and feel like a sandpaper or what’s the point of putting nail polish on? Anyway, I want to say that IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MATCH YOUR DESCRIPTION THEN IT IS A FAULTY. I used to be a huge fan of Otherstories and this time I’m disappointed to your customer service. They offer me a 10%off next order (Lol)and of course I didn’t take that, cuz I just want to return the product that has bad quality and remind them to work on the quality more next time rather than making arguments with your costumers.

Super rude lady (salesman:130608) Told me “you are so last minute” Excuse me but you didn’t tell me to hurry up plus you didn’t tell me that store is closed. It’s your fault!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just because you wanted to go home I’m still your costumer...... terrible manner!!!!!

There was a middle-aged lady working there too rude to my son and me, she was so annoying and make me uncomfortable at all, I couldn't even shopping in the store, she should learn how to respect the customers.
