Potential to be a good place but constant turnover of staff means there is no consistency in service. Always seems understaffed based on time taken to get served and also inconsistent as to whether you get water. Also says for you to wait to be seated but never anyone there to seat you. Could be great if these things were addressed

Had a very bad experience here 3 times, I have visited here many times but the last 3 times i have been ignored and seated at the bar being told that the tables are reserved then had white/ English people, without reservations being placed at the table i have been told is reserved. I waited to be seated for 15 mins then a white couple came and were attend to before me. I even made eye contact with 3 staff members and they also ignored me and would not help. NOt even talking and metioning they would be with me soon!!! I am really unhappy with the way I have been treated here and feel like the restaurant only feels comfortable serving white/ English customers. If its the restaurants policy to ignore customers from other cultures they should place a sign on the window saying only white people served here!!!! Giovanni Garcia

I eat breakfast here. The place was nice but quite empty. The breakfast was ok but they omitted to include butter for my toast, I asked for butter but none came. When I paid they ask if all was ok , I replied no i couldn't eat my toast as it was dry and no butter but yet I noticed the other 2 customers had butter. I was informed the toast was smeared with olive oil and next time I should ask again. I looked over the smartly but cheaply dressed manager in here black dress and commented that as I was charged in full It would be pointless to eat there again as they failed to impress me this time, anyway I don't think the place will last as its really a wine barr attempting an OK breakfasts. But it is clean and smart!
