Fantastic pub! Celebrated my 60th birthday yesterday with a delicious lunch in this really friendly pub. Great food, excellent service and a lovely garden setting. Highly recommend The The Open House and will definitely return!

Great pub. The large outside area is full of greenery and bamboo. There are loads of booths too. Good selection of beers and the food is very tasty. Oh, and the staff are friendly too.

Was served by a girl a mullet who explain the track and trace system extremely well. I then met with my friends in a lovely smoking area, it was well lit and the beer was cold. The lack of customers was triumphed by the great service we received. Five star review through and through. Visit this pub if you are in the area.

Been here several times, always enjoyed the great service, atmosphere, drinks & food.
This is quite a large pub, yet feels nice and cosy, there's also a lovely outside seating are in the back garden, all equipped with heaters if it tickles your fancy.

Great pub! Friendly, welcoming staff, fabulous beergarden with lots of cosy corners and best of all a menu that clearly shows what's gluten or dairy free avoiding the hassle of spending ages finding out what you can and can't eat ????

This is my local pub for a good reason. Staff are amazing food is outstanding and being gf the menu is perfect and doesn't comprise on taste. Best beer garden in Brighton. A must visit for everyone and convenient as next to London Road train station. 5 star.

This is my favourite pub in Brighton! The bar staff are super friendly, there's a great range of drinks and the garden is gorgeous, especially in summer. If you go in winter, the prime spot is the sofa next to the open fire!

Good pub food in one of the pods in the garden.
That was previous visit six months ago. On latest visit I found the beer good and a pleasant atmosphere with good service at the bar. My companions had good food which they enjoyed. My fish was okay but the skinny chips were overcooked. It would have been better with chunkier chips.

Ate here for Sunday roast today. There was 4 of us, we didn't book. They couldn't do enough for us. Even gave the dog a bowl of meat. Would defiantly recommend. Good job guys we will 100% be back.
