Spent 20 minutes in the queue for the changing room when they have another section of changing room being unused upstairs. Absolutely ridiculous, in the middle of a pandemic people are being crammed into queues like this, when they can create more space upstairs.

Beware the shopper who wants a sip of coffee whilst they browse, apparently it's now policy to loudly bar your entry if you're carrying (even an empty) coffee cup. Hydration be damned. I received service without a smile. The whole transaction had me feeling like I was a big inconvenience to the young lady at the till. There was no eye contact and her face was all contorted like she was in pain or I gave off a foul smell. Absolutely poor service. Snooty and uptight and definitely not called for.

Spent more than half an hour in the queue for returns. The queue was huge, each return took ages. Asked an assistant if they can put a third person (there are 3 tills). She said the person is on break and 'you guys have to wait'. Although plenty of other assistant were standing and walking around oblivious.

Worst zara ever. Always queues out the door for refunds and only one person working the till. Every time I go in there I find it astonishing there is so little staff when it's on Oxford circus..... Londons busiest shopping street. Go to the Tottenham Court Road one, always so. Quiet, lots of staff, Jo queues.

The store was INSISTING that shoppers put their umbrellas into thick, single-use plastic bags. Zara claims to be committed to the environment and sustainability. This is obviously nonsense. It was the worst waste of plastic I've seen in ages. Veto the store.
