This used to be where to go for great quality quirky shows but the quality is not there in the shoes and alot now show damage or glue before you have even tried on so do not give confidence for expensive shoes lasting once bought.

I have bought one, relatively sane by Irregular Choice standards, pair of shoes from here. They're blue floral fabric print with a super cute shiny blue heel and an epicly sweet bow which covers most of the foot...Basically you can't wear them and not have people mention them! They're a purveyor of statement shoes, not blend into the wallpaper shoes. And as I said, those are tame by IC standards! I've always been a little tempted by the shoes that light-up when you walk because I had a similar pair of trainers when I was a little thing...Your inner child will delight in this shop! Always worth popping in to see what they've come up with next.

BUYER BEWARE...Irregular Choice shoes are amazing but the staff at their Carnaby Steet location is not.
Understand I live in the United States so this brand is not readily available to me. Under normal circumstances I would just place a order online; unfortunately the shoes I wanted were no longer available. So after contacting their corporate office - I was informed that the for mentioned store had a pair in my size but I would have to call them to place the order.
So armed with this information I got up the fallowing day ( Tuesday the 8th of August ) at 5am EST to do just that. This is where I started to have issues as I had to call 4 times befor anyone even awnsered the phone. Then after explaining the situation I was put on hold several times ( the staff being fully aware that this was an international call ) and passed off to 3 different associates. Next I was told they were very short handed and asked to call back in 10 minutes. So reluctantly I did as they asked and was able to finally place my order. The sales girl told me that they would email me my tracking information and a copy of my receipt/invoice with in 24hours.
When I hadn't heard anything by Friday - I sent a very polite email requesting an update. In reply I got a very defensive message - telling me that they would never offer to forward information in that time frame. That my order had just been processed. While they did finally forward a royal mail travking number they still failed to supply me with a receipt/invoice. As a result I was forced to ask yet again for the pertinent information to this sale - they couldn't be bother to do so untill Sunday!
At this point I am extremely annoyed with their less than adequate customer service. I do not feel I have asked for anything unreasonable considering I just called a foreign country and gave out credit card information for a $140 purchase. My patience with the incompetence of this store is worn out, thus I can not in good concise recommend anyone shop with them! I really hate dealing with lazy sales people with zero fallow threw! Perhaps they should seek alternative employment.
The shoes finally arrived on August 17th and they were damaged ( the acrylic bunny heels are scrached up, there are a few loose rhinestones, and a large gold bead has been ripped off ) and dirty. Its difficult to say whether or not the shoes they sent were in this shape as they were boxed incorrectly. Which is surely what cause there mishapen state of the bows. If I had actually seen these shoes in this condition I would sure have passed on them.
