I went to this shop today. Very disappointing. They had none of the M1 MacBook Airs on display, everything is password protected so the customer can't actually explore the interface (why? Apple stores don't do this) and the shop assistants don't look like they want to be there. Next time I will just go directly to Apple...

Trash customer service. Brought an iPhone online. Its been a few days and im yet to receive any information regarding despatch and delivery. I tried contacting but its impossible. Dont waste your time with Compu B, their whole business model is selling customer service and they still dont do a good job.

Had a faulty charger - still under warranty. They said they would test it before they gave me a replacement. It took 10 days! Their repair services may be good but 10 days without my laptop for this seemed ridiculous!

This is a large space at the basement of Selfridge's dedicated to technology. There's an Apple section with all the iPhones iPads and Macs. Their Windows laptops section is pitiful: a large selection of Asus laptops and not much else. Everything is overpriced and I would advise everyone to do their research before buying anything.

Went there seeking information, and received such a terrible customer service. I didn’t even finish my question that I’ve been sent to the apple store by an arrogant sales assistant that probably fits better in a bodybuilding gym than in retail. He didn’t even looked at me and was absolutely not busy as standing there hands in his Pockets. I went to an apple store and they sorted my problem within 5 minutes. So a recommandation if you plan a visit: don’t waste your time and go straight to an apple store.

From now on I will only buy Apple products from Apple directly. It took 3 weeks to be told Selfridges Compu B cannot fix my Apple product. It is a waste of time and money, and as a bonus the staff is unhelpful and rude. Lesson learned.

I've been to Compu B on three separate occasions in the last four months for three unrelated problems and each time the technician, Hercules, helped me resolve the issue. Although the first couple of visits had been for consultation rather than for an actual repair, my third visit had in fact been for a repair, and I only had to stand by 15 mins before Hercules returned the device to me, restored to its pre-malfunction condition. Thanks again for your professional service, Hercules!

I am complaining about the bad service that I have received from your staff member, named Koue (or Koeu), working in Selfridges store. Yesterday, I went to there to look for Apple magic keyboard. And I asked him about knowledge of keyboard. Because I want to connect with my macbook in my work station. However, he told me magic keyboard is only for iMac, not for Macbook. Also, he replied rudely 'Did you ever see someone use keyboard with Macbook? Did you?' I told him ' why not?' ' this is bluetooth tech, right?' I can not believe he doesn't know keyboard tech and Bluetooth. He answered ' I just know this is wireless' , and he insisted on his point . In the end, I still bought this product. It wan not for your service, it was for this brand. Even, when I paid the keyboard on the till, he still said ' I told you it doesn't work definitely, but you still want to buy'. I was so upset. He let me feel I was a fool. And he as a sales assistance, he never wanted to solved and figured out costumer's questions. As I knew, product knowledge is a basic skill for employee. However, the behavior of one member of the staff should not reflect on the rest of the company. Now, I am typing this review with THIS KEYBOARD. Not recommend this store. Worst service ever.

I bought my Macbook pro back in 2015 and purchased a 2 year AppleCare. I started experiencing problems with the charger, so I took the faulty charger to Compu B without an appointment. The staff inspected the faulty charger and replaced it with a brand new one immediately! I am extremely pleased with the great service. On another instance I had problems with my retina screen, I took the laptop there and got it back with a brand new screen two days later. I highly recommend it.
